We are delighted to share that MOSAIC at Chatham Park is officially open for applications for the eagerly awaited 2026 Summer Jam Music Series! We invite passionate and talented bands and musical artists to join us in creating an unforgettable experience.
What to expect? Our 2026 Summer Jam Music Series will gather thousands of families, friends, and music enthusiasts at the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons at our variety of events (concerts, markets, special holiday events, etc.) between April-December at MOSAIC in Chatham Park.
If you’re a band or musical artist ready to shine on the Tommy Edwards stage, we want to hear from you and invite you to apply! This is your opportunity to share your unique sound with an enthusiastic audience, expand your fan base, and become part of a cherished seasonal tradition here at MOSAIC.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
We are excited to have your band apply to be part of this year's 2026 Summer Jam Music Series lineup. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
Application and Selection
- Application Process: All potential bands must complete an application form by October 31st, 2025.
- Selection Criteria: Bands will be selected based on musical quality, audience engagement, professionalism, originality, and experience with live performances.
- Notification: Selected bands will be notified via email in November.
Equipment
Bands are required to supply their own instruments, cables, and specialty equipment.
A technical rider and stage plot must be submitted upon acceptance.
Compensation
Compensation will be negotiated upon selection and paid following the performance via your preferred payout method.
Insurance & Liability
Bands are responsible for their own equipment and safety.
MOSAIC at Chatham Park are not liable for lost/damaged equipment or personal injury.
All performers must sign a performance agreement and media release form prior to the event.
Code of Conduct
All band members are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and cooperatively with staff, vendors, and attendees.
Artists must comply with all event rules and staff instructions throughout the event.
- All lyrics and performance content must be appropriate for a general audience, including children.
Visibility & Promotion
Selected bands will be featured in event marketing materials, on-site signage, and promotional campaigns via MOSAIC at Chatham Park.
Bands are encouraged to promote their scheduled performance on their social media platforms and websites.
