About the application
Application for food vendors at Pride in the CLE 2026, including food trucks and food tents.
PLEASE NOTE:
- This application is intended for food trucks (or other self-contained mobile trailer/vehicles) and food tents only. Non-food vendors apply via Exhibitors application.
- Pride in the CLE is first and foremost a local community celebration, and we prioritize local businesses as part of that commitment. With the high volume of applications, we’re not able to offer placements to out-of-state applicants at this time.
- All food vendors are required to be fully licensed to operate in the City of Cleveland.
- All food vendor are required to provide their own source of water.
- In order to be certified to operate in the City of Cleveland, you must have passed an inspection and have the associated inspection sticker. (See below)
Food Trucks
- Event does NOT provide power to food trucks. Please ensure that you have all appropriate permits for generators.
- Event does NOT provide tents, tables, or chairs for food trucks.
- Secondary vehicles must be parked off site before the start of the event.
Non-Vehicle Food Vendors
- One 10 x 10 tent is provided for you unless otherwise specified in application responses.
- One table and two chairs are included in vendor fee cost. Additional items can be added at cost.
- Access to power ($150) is limited.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- I understand that this application does not constitute an agreement of services, but is an application for consideration to participate as an exhibitor (vendor) in Pride in the CLE®.
- I agree to appear in the time/place that is designated to me by Pride in the CLE®.
- By submitting this application, I am acknowledging that all of the information within is correct and I authorize Pride in the CLE® by way of LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland to contact references to validate the contents of this application.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- Applicants will receive an update regarding the status of their application once selections have been made. If selected and the vendor accepts a place at Pride in the CLE, an autopayment will occur using the payment method listed when applying.
- I understand that payment must be submitted prior to the event in order to participate.
- I understand that previous overdue exhibitor fees must be paid in order to be considered as an exhibitor at this year's Pride in the CLE®.
