Super Premium 6ft Table SOLD OUT Non-refundable 1 6ft by 24-inch vendor table in the Exposition Hall at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, located in the front-most, high-visibility area (the first tables attendees will see upon entering). Each table includes a table cover, two chairs, and Wi-Fi. All table sales are final; no refunds or transfers.

Vendor Display Case Rentals $50.00 Non-refundable Need a secure and professional way to showcase your high-end collectibles, graded cards, or rare items? We’ve got you covered! Our premium display case rentals are now available for vendors and exhibitors at our events. Each locking case features a clear acrylic top and sturdy construction to keep your items protected while allowing attendees to view your inventory with ease. Ideal for TCGs, sports cards, collectibles, and more. Rental Includes: -36 x 22 inch locking acrylic display case -Limited quantities available – reserve early! Add that extra layer of security and presentation to your booth. To reserve a case please proceed with renting the case here! ***Display Case Rental Terms & Conditions*** Rental Fee: $50 for the weekend (2 days) Replacement Fee (if damaged, lost, or not returned): $300 By renting a display case from Seepersad Entertainment Inc./The Long Island TCG Show, you agree to the following terms: 1. Rental Duration: Rental is valid for the duration of the event (2 days). Display cases must be returned in the same condition they were received by the end of the event. 2. Condition Responsibility: Renter is responsible for the care and security of the display case while in their possession. Any damage, theft, or failure to return the display case will result in a charge to the card on file. 3. Damage or Loss Fee: In the event that the display case is damaged, lost, or not returned, the renter agrees to pay a replacement fee of $300. This amount reflects the cost of replacement and administrative handling. 4. Authorization to Charge: By signing this agreement, renter authorizes Seepersad Entertainment Inc./The Long Island TCG Show to charge the card on file for any applicable damage or loss fees without requiring further approval. 5. Return Inspection: All display cases will be inspected upon return. If damage is found, the renter will be notified prior to any charges. 6. Pickup Condition Form: Upon receiving the display case, renter will be required to complete and sign a Condition Checklist Form confirming the case’s state at pickup. This helps document any existing imperfections and ensures a fair assessment upon return. 7. No Refunds: Rental fees are non-refundable, even if the display case is returned early or unused. 8. Non-Payment Clause: In the event that your payment method is declined, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful when charged for damages or loss, you will be permanently prohibited from participating in any future events organized by Seepersad Entertainment Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, renting tables, display cases, or attending in any vendor or exhibitor capacity.
Electric - Single Extension cord with 20 amps & 120 volts $175.00 Non-refundable Recommended for use by a single vendor. Provides one extension cord with standard power access to support your booth’s basic electrical needs. All sales are final; no refunds or transfers.
Electric - Four-plug box with 20 amps & 120 volts $250.00 Non-refundable Recommended for a half section (up to 5 tables). Provides a four-outlet power box to support multiple devices across a larger booth space. All sales are final; no refunds or transfers.
