About the application
Micro Business Vendors such as artists, entrepreneurs, and craft vendors are welcome to showcase their businesses at the Philly Flannel Fest, an autumn themed block party celebrating every thing we all love about the season.
If your business has less than 2 employees this is application for you.
This event is taking place at the newly renovated Braid Mill in Germantown Area of Philadelphia. This is an indoor/outdoor event with live music, dj's, and fall themed food and fun.
It is open to the public and tickets are pay what you wish for the first 1000 guests.
Don't miss this chance to showcase your business and be part of a seasonal event that features a diverse range of artists, makers, and entrepreneurs, each with their own unique stories and products.
***Review Process: After you submit your application, our team will conduct a thorough review of your work to consider you for the event within 48 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged.
Setup Details: Please supply your own table, grid panel displays, easels, etc for presentation.
Setup on the day of event begins at 10am. You are asked to be set up and prepared to serve by 11:45am. The event starts at 12pm and end at 5pm.
Sales: Vendors keep 100% of their sales.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
All food and beverage vendors, food trucks, and food/beverage related vendors must proper food service certifications. All vendors must comply with Pennsylvania State Laws.

| Small Businesses Outdoor (Single Table) | $117.97 | Non-refundable | This option is for an OUTDOOR vending space suitable for one (1) 6ft table. This space will NOT accommodate a tent, tables larger than 6ft, or multiple tables, Please provide your own table/racks/display materials. IF YOU NEED TO BRING A TENT or MORE THAN ONE TABLE , PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER TABLE VENDING OPTION. Food and beverage vendors should select a food beverage option. |
