ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS
By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations. So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the category of art and craft to the show.
This selective process means each artisan will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from.
Please state everything that you will be selling for the show. IN DETAIL! The application will ask you to make sure that all items in your booth are handmade by you.
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
Beginning January 1, 2023, there is a new Kentucky statute that states that sales tax on booth space rental.
Please only submit close up pictures of your art for advertising purposes.
We will be distributing $5.00 to $25.00 coupons to the first 25 patrons that visit our show. When one is presented to you, please discount their purchase and hold on to the coupons. I will be visiting each booth during the show and will reimburse you in cash for each coupon you collect. These will be numbered and initialed by me.
You also have the opportunity to sell your work by setting up your own online store through Eventeny. We have step by step instructions attached. Or you can access their website for instructions.
Please keep your items within your booth space.
No sales are permitted outside your space. To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
ArtSpark Productions reserves the right to eliminate the selling of items not on your application.
THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
Date and Time for move-in:
.Saturday, November 28: Move-in is 7:00 am - 9:30 am.
FOR MOVE-IN ON SATURDAY- YOU MUST BE IN THE PROCESS OF SETTING UP YOUR BOOTH BY 9:30 OR YOUR SPACE IS FORFEITED TO YOUR NEIGHBORS TO SPREAD OUT. We will try to accommodate you in a space, possibly located outside.

Set up is Saturday morning from 7:00 am - 9:45 am.
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved away from the building by 9:45 am. Please do not load out until after 3:00 pm!
There is free parking on the street. Please park as far as reasonably possible so that patrons have easy access to the venue.
No music allowed except approved by show management.
There are a few electric outlets inside of the space. No generators are allowed inside.
Artisans are responsible for collecting and reporting the 6% Ky sales tax.
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
Now onto the legal stuff...
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions & St. Athanasius staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
