Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application fee which is charged upon application.
Non-Profit Parade entry fee $85.00 Non-refundable Please indicate how many feet your entry has from to rear. If you have walkers, please indicate how many walkers will participate. This information helps with the lineup for the event.
Business/ For-profit parade entry $100.00 Non-refundable No advertisements can be affixed to the float. Measure the entry from front to rear. Please indicate if you will have walkers with your entry.
Additional Vehicle Fee $50.00 Non-refundable This category is for an additional vehicle to accompany a parade entry only.

Additional information

  • What is the official name of your entry?
  • Tell us about your business or organization and why you would like to participate. The parade will be broadcasted live on the City of Monroe Channel 16 and then rebroadcasted throughout the month of December. For the broadcast, we ask that you complete the requested information for our announcers to use for describing your group, business and parade entry.
  • Please share details of the float construction/ description
  • Length of float and towing vehicle combined. THIS IS REQUIRED. If we do not have this information, your entry will not be considered for acceptance.
  • Do you plan to have walkers or animals participate in the parade? If yes, please indicate how many and age of group.
  • Participants that will be riding on the float. ( you may list up to 5 names)
  • I have read and understand the Indemnity Agreement attached for the 2025 Monroe Christmas Parade that will take place on December 4, 2025.
  • I have read and understand the rules and regulations of the City of Monroe Christmas Parade application. I understand there will be a mandatory meeting held on December 1 at Monroe City Hall, 6pm. If you or someone from your group is not in attendance, all fees collected will be forfeited and your application will be null and void.
  • Special requests: We are happy to hear your special requests and try to accomodate but cannot promise we can make it happen.
