Christmas in Carrollton Sponsor

This application is for Carrollton-area businesses and organizations interested in sponsoring a themed table during the Carrollton Christmas Parade in downtown.

For safety reasons, parade participants may no longer hand out, throw or pass items to spectators. Instead, we’re offering a limited number of sponsorship tables along the parade route where approved businesses can give out candy, giveaways and promotional materials. 

The following themed tables are available for sponsorship:

• Candy Cane Land
• Gingerbread House
• Ugly Sweater Party
• Winter Wonderland
• Santa’s Workshop
• Reindeer Games

Sponsorship Details – $500

• We provide the candy and/or themed giveaway for you. Items will be delivered to your table the day of the parade.
• Sponsors must bring their own tent, table and chairs. Please decorate your space according to your chosen theme.
• Battery-operated lights are required to illuminate your tent.
• You may distribute promotional items and information about your business.
• Table locations will be assigned on Adamson Square, Bradley Street or Rome Street.
• A follow-up email will include your specific set-up location and instructions.
• Only approved sponsors may participate.
