About the application
Welcome IRONMAN athletes, families, and fans to Little Elm!
List your business special at no cost and we’ll promote it on our official “IRONMAN Deals” page, social media, email newsletter, and at race-week touchpoints. Examples: “Show your race bib for 10% off,” “Free appetizer with entrée,” “Carb-load pasta special,” “Extended hours on race day,” etc.
Eligibility
Brick-and-mortar businesses and food/beverage establishments within Little Elm or immediate surroundings serving race visitors.
Offers must be valid at least from [Fri–Sun dates you’ll set]; you may add extra days.
Family-friendly, compliant with local/state laws, including TABC for alcohol.
What you provide
Business details, logo, and your special(s).
Redemption method (e.g., show bib/wristband, promo code, QR).
Hours, blackout dates/times, and any reservation notes.
What we provide
Inclusion on our public “IRONMAN Deals” listing and interactive map.
Promotion via Town channels (web, social, e-newsletter) and at on-site info points.
A printable “Official IRONMAN Offer” window sign (PDF) and optional QR code.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
No Fee: Participation is free; inclusion is not guaranteed. The Town may edit for clarity/length or decline offers that are inaccurate, non-compliant, or inappropriate.
Offer Validity: Businesses are responsible for honoring the submitted offer during the listed dates/times and for training staff accordingly.
Compliance: All offers must comply with local, state, and federal regulations; alcohol offers require strict TABC compliance and valid ID checks.
Accuracy & Changes: If details change, you must email the Town within 24 hours. We will attempt to update listings but cannot guarantee same-day edits.
Redemption: Define one primary redemption method (bib/wristband/QR/code). The business must implement the method at point of sale.
Liability: Businesses maintain their own insurance and assume all risk associated with the offer. The Town is not responsible for operational issues, service quality, or customer disputes.
Brand Use: By participating, you grant the Town non-exclusive rights to use your name/logo/offer in promotional materials for this program.
Data & Reporting: You agree to complete a brief post-event survey (estimated redemptions, staffing impacts, estimated sales). Aggregate results may be shared publicly.
Termination: The Town may remove or suspend listings at any time for non-compliance or accuracy concerns.
