About the application
We are looking for handcrafted vendors for our new holiday tradition in the streets of Downtown Lenoir. Merry Market on Main will be November 22nd from 10-6. This one day holiday market will feature gifts of all kinds!
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Merry Market on Main reserves the right to approve or deny this application. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Merry Market on Main and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. If your payment method on file is declined, you will be notified by festival staff. You will have 7 days to update your payment method, if not you will be automatically waitlisted.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made until November 1st, 2025. If you withdraw from the festival on or before November 1st, 2025, you will receive a refund of all expenses. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after November 1st, 2025.
If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application, you will be refunded all fees minus the cancellation insurance fee if the WFS Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.
If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application you will be reimbursement for all fees minus; the Cancellation Insurance fee, and any transaction fees if the DLDA and the Merry Market on Main initiates the cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of the ENTIRE festival due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the DLDA's control, such as adverse weather, natural disasters, government action or other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales. Cancellation Insurance fees will be charged upon approval.
All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant.

All vendors must remain open for attendees from the start of the festival at 10am 11/22 through the close at 6pm 11/22. All vendor tents must be safely secured with no less than 25 lbs weights at each corner in case of heavy winds or inclement weather. Booth fees will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant. |

Cancellation Insurance provides reimbursement for all fees minus; the Cancellation Insurance fee, and any transaction fees if the Blackberry Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather, hurricane, or other acts of God.
