About the application
Activities and youth friendly engagements are welcome. A select few non-profit organizations will be granted a space at the Lunar New Year Celebration. As a non-profit vendor, you are promoting information, not a service or product. All non-profits must provide a 501c3 form with application.
Vendor Fee: $100 includes SHARED 10x10 tent, 8' table, 2 chairs
Set-up: Saturday, February 21, 2026 8:00am (Set-up MUST be completed by 11:00pm)
Tear down: Saturday, February 21, 2026, 3:00pm
Non-Profit Parking: parking is available throughout the large Heisman Field lots.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If selected, all vendors’ fees must be paid in full by January 30, 2026.
Due to the high number of applications, not all applicants will be selected.
No partial payments will be accepted.
Any application received after January 30, 2026 will not be considered.
Fees are non-refundable.
Retail vendors will be required to have a certificate of insurance for this event.
*NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE TENT VENDORS WILL BE ACCEPTED*
Liability The City of Johns Creek will not assume liability for any act of God, natural disaster, exposure to adverse weather conditions, damages or injuries, communicable diseases, or any cause above and beyond the control of the event. We appreciate everyone's cooperation. By participating in this event, you agree that neither the City of johns Creek, nor their agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage or loss that may occur to the exhibitor or vendor, their agents or representatives or his or her property, regardless of the cause. Participants (non-profits) not selling a product or service, i.e., election candidates, are not required to provide proof of insurance but must also sign City’s liability waiver.
A signed waiver must be submitted with your proof of 501c3
