Be part of Rhode Island’s fastest-growing card and collectibles convention!
Apply now for vendor spots at Ocean State Card Con, returning December 7, 2025, to the West Warwick Civic Center. OSCC brings together 100+ vendors, artists, and collectors for a high-energy, community-focused event celebrating all things cards, collectibles, and nerd culture.
We welcome sellers of trading cards, handmade goods, vintage treasures, TCG accessories, and more.
OSCC is a RIDEM-certified Green Event and proudly partners with local nonprofits working in health, housing, and environmental justice. Let’s grow this together.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By applying as a vendor, you agree to the following:
Merchandise Guidelines: No adult content, hate symbols, or counterfeit items. OSCC reserves the right to ask for removal of any inappropriate or unapproved materials.
Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must follow assigned load-in and load-out times. These will be shared upon acceptance.
Cancellations: Cancellations made before October 15, 2025, may be eligible for a 50–75% refund, depending on circumstances. No refunds will be issued after that date.
Behavior & Safety: Respectful conduct is expected from all vendors toward attendees, staff, and fellow vendors. Disruptive or discriminatory behavior may result in removal without refund.
Sales Tax: Vendors are required to complete and submit the RI Temporary Sales Tax Permit form and be prepared to show proof of submission before the event.
Approval: OSCC reserves the right to approve or deny applications in order to maintain a balanced and inclusive vendor floor.
