Welcome to the Bewitching Alley Bazaar!

Step into our magical marketplace, where every corner holds a spellbinding treasure! The Bewitching Alley Bazaar is a highlight of Witches Night Out, drawing costumed witches and warlocks eager to discover unique goods and mystical finds.

This is an exclusive experience for a limited number of local makers to pop-up during one of Livermore’s most popular events. We’re seeking vendors with enchanting wares—think witchy accessories, mystical décor, Halloween decor, magical crafts, spooky-chic apparel, and other one-of-a-kind curiosities. If your products can charm, delight, or bewitch, this is the perfect spot for you!

Join us in transforming this cozy alley into a spellbound shopping experience our guests will never forget.

Art & Craft Vendor: $150
Commercial Vendor (Limited): $300
Space Size: 10'x10' 
Booths will be located in "The Lot" on First Street between Olive Oil Pantry and GUE ZIP Indian Restaurant. Space is limited. 

Booths setup for duration of event: 4-9PM. Check-in/Setup at 3PM.

About the event

Join us in Downtown Livermore for a fun-filled, witchy evening you won’t want to miss! Grab your best ghoul-friends and head downtown for a night of enchanting dining, specialty cocktails, and fabulous shopping. The streets will be alive with energy, magic, and plenty of surprises — including pop-up experiences that will delight you along the way. Whether you're casting spells over cocktails or conjuring up some retail therapy, this spirited evening is all about fun, flair, and a little bit of mischief. Costumes are highly encouraged, get together your witchiest attire and get ready to stir up some fun! Join the hat contest, details below. Restaurant Experience Choose your preferred restaurant and book through our ticket page. You’ll be reserving a table for 2, 4, 6 or 8 of your witches at one of the two seatings available at each restaurant: 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM. See ticket Tab for restaurant tickets! The tables sell at $20 for 2 people, $40 for 4 people, $60 for 6 people and $80 for 8 people. The ticket money is your donation to the Livermore Downtown Inc fundraising aspect of the evening ( $10 a person) Livermore Downtown Inc is the 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the economic health and vitality of Downtown Livermore and supporting our downtown businesses. When you arrive at the restaurant for your seating, you will order your drinks and dinner directly from the restaurant. (Dinner and Drinks not included in the $10.00 fee.) Restaurants and businesses are creating fun, themed specialty cocktails for you and your witchy team. Enjoy their specials as well! Although we have participating businesses with outdoor seating tickets, all of our downtown restaurants are ready to serve you and your witchy crew! Moonlight Shopping! Before and after your dinner/drinks seating, it is ALL about the shopping! Our shops will stay open until 9 PM with witchy steals and deals! Spooktacular deals will be posted soon! Our hat contest is one not to miss! Send us photos of your hat to events@ with your name, cell phone number, and a brief description of the creative thoughts behind the design. THEN be sure to post your photo on instagram and tag us ( @livermoredowntown) and use the hashtag #WNO2025 . We must receive your photos by September 25th. We’ll run the contest on Instagram, and announce the winners on October 1st. Winners will get a prize and a sash to wear during Witches Night Out so you can strut your contest winning stuff!

Terms & Conditions

The event is rain or shine, no refunds.
Booths will be located in "The Lot" on First Street between Olive Oil Pantry and GUE ZIP Indian Restaurant. Space is limited. 

Note: This event is in the evening and there is no lighting or electrical in The Lot. Vendors will need to provide solar powered or battery lighting inside booths.
City of Livermore requires vendors to have business license.

 

Food Vendors will not be accepted at this time.
