Positioned along high-traffic areas—just steps from the lobby, valet, bar, breakfast room, ballroom, guest rooms, and pool—these booths benefit from continuous exposure to resort guests throughout the weekend.

 

Unlike the outdoor marketplace, indoor exhibitors may begin selling as early as Friday, August 28, and can continue beyond standard market hours, making this an ideal opportunity for extended engagement and elevated sales potential.

Terms & Conditions

Braderie Event Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By participating in the Braderie event as an exhibitor, you agree to the terms outlined below, which are designed to protect both you as a participant and us as the event organizers.

1. Non-Refundable Space Fees

  • Once an exhibitor space is purchased, all fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including exhibitor cancellations or inability to attend the event.
  • If you are unable to attend, your paid fee may be rolled over to the 2026 Braderie event, provided you notify the event organizers at least 21 days before the event date. Rollovers are valid for one year only and cannot be transferred to another party.

2. Liability Disclaimer

  • The event organizers, the Jekyll Island Club, and associated parties will not be held liable for any damage, loss, theft, or injury to exhibitors, their property, or goods at the event.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their own items and equipment during the event.
  • The event organizers will not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

3. Exhibitor Responsibilities

  • Exhibitors are required to provide items in good taste that align with the mission of the Braderie event (e.g., antiques, heirlooms, art, handmade collectibles). The event organizers reserve the right to request the removal of any item deemed inappropriate.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own setup and teardown within the designated times provided by the organizers. Late arrivals or early departures are not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
  • Exhibitors must comply with any local, state, and federal laws or regulations governing the sale of their goods. Any permits, taxes, or fees required for their business are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

4. Event Rules and Compliance

  • All exhibitors must comply with the event setup, safety, and operational guidelines provided in advance by the organizers.
  • Exhibitors may not sublease, transfer, or share their designated space with another vendor without prior approval from the event organizers.
  • Spaces must be kept clean and orderly. Exhibitors must remove all belongings, waste, and debris after the event. Failure to do so may result in cleaning fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • While every effort will be made to hold the event as scheduled, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the event is cancelled by the organizers, exhibitors will be offered the option to roll their fees over to the next scheduled Braderie event or receive a refund (excluding any administrative fees).

6. Force Majeure

  • The organizers shall not be considered in breach of these terms in the event of non-performance, cancellation, or delays due to acts of God, war, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

7. Photography and Promotion

  • By participating in the event, exhibitors grant the organizers permission to photograph their booth and products for promotional use in marketing materials, on social media, and in future advertising of Braderie.

8. Agreement Acceptance

  • By submitting your application and purchasing your exhibitor space, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Violating these terms may result in removal from the event without reimbursement.

These panels are the same style used at top art and antique fairs across the country and are now available for rent directly through Braderie South. Panel Details • Size: Each panel is 7 feet tall and 38.5 inches wide • Color: Dark grey fabric finish for a clean, neutral backdrop • Style: Double-sided, fabric-wrapped, lightweight yet sturdy construction • Flexible Design: Panels connect easily to form straight walls, corners, or enclosed booth layouts Why Rent Panels? • Create a gallery-style presentation for antiques, fine art, or collectibles • Provide a professional, uniform look across the show floor • Add stability and structure to your booth with a setup that’s easy and reliable Rental Terms • Cost: $60 per panel (flat rate for the full show) • Reservation Deadline: All rental requests must be submitted and paid in full at least 30 days before the show. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late requests. • Setup & Breakdown: Panels will be delivered to your booth, installed prior to the show, and removed afterward for your convenience.
Pipe & Drape (Black) 10' x 10' Feet Sections $80.00 Non-refundable Create a polished, professional presentation with our sturdy pipe and drape setup, perfect for adding visual impact or privacy to your space. Heavy-duty flat base and Steel construction supports backdrops, curtains, florals, and more. Pipe and drape needs must be submitted and paid for 30 days prior to the event.
Six (6) Foot Banquet Table $5.00 Non-refundable Six (6) foot banquet table provided at your space for the entire event.
