2026 DCFR Indoor Commercial Vendor Application
About the application
Please fill out this application completely, missing sections will require us to decline the application. You will have to provide a credit/debit card on the application, however you will not be charged unless accepted as a vendor. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email providing you approximately 14 days to send in a check if you would prefer to pay that way. There is a limited number of booths available in certain areas of the fair. Our vendor committee will be jurying applications this year based on past involvement, variety of product, quality of booth presentation and product, etc. so just because your submit your application early, does not guarantee you a space. Our vendor team does our best to prevent duplication of products and do accept/deny applications on whether the product is already approved for the fair. The team will be meeting monthly to approve all submitted applications starting in mid-November.
Upon being accepted, we will send you a contract which you will need to return by June 26, 2026 as well as General Liability insurance documentation in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 aggregate (minimum) naming Deschutes County, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers as additional insured. The business name on your insurance MUST match the business name listed on this application. Terms & Conditions
Refunds can be requested prior to June 26, 2026 by 5 pm (no refunds are permitted after this date). Refunds will be issued by check for the booths fees minus processing fee.
