About the application

We are excited to be planning our 134th Annual Citrus Fair. Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. We have four different-sized booths: a 10' x 10’ or smaller booth for $450.00, a 20' x 10’ booth for $900.00, a 8' x 8' outdoor booth for $350.00, and a 16' x 8' outdoor booth for $700.00.

 

To sign up for a booth(s), fill out an application and submit it. You will receive feedback from Citrus Fair staff by mid-January 2026. We require all booths to have a certificate of insurance. You can provide your own or purchase one through us.

Terms & Conditions

This section applies to all vendors who are selling items that are NOT FOOD or any sort of comsumable. If additonal clarification is needed please contact the Citrus Fair Office.

Refunds: NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE FAIR CANCELS EVENT.

Prices

INDOOR Single booth 10'x10' $450.00 Non-refundable This is a single indoor booth measuring 10’ x 10’. If you require additional space, please select the double booth option during registration. All booths will be clearly labeled and defined using pipe and drape. For safety and consistency, VENDORS ARE NOT PERMITTED to remove the pipe and drape. If removal is necessary for your setup, please notify event staff upon arrival so accommodations can be made.
INDOOR Double booth 20'x10' $900.00 Non-refundable This is a double indoor booth measuring 20’ x 10’. If you require a smaller space, please select the single booth option during registration. All booths will be clearly labeled and defined using pipe and drape. For safety and consistency, VENDORS ARE NOT PERMITTED to remove the pipe and drape. If removal is necessary for your setup, please notify event staff upon arrival so accommodations can be made.
OUTDOOR Single booth 8'x8' (approx.) $350.00 Non-refundable LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE! This is a single outdoor booth located under the “Arcade or Board Room” measuring approximately 8’ x 8’. If you require additional space, please select the double booth option during registration. All outdoor Non-Food booths will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
OUTDOOR Double booth 16'x8' (approx.) $700.00 Non-refundable LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE! This is a double outdoor booth located under the “Arcade or Board Room” measuring approximately 16’ x 8’. If you require less space, please select the single booth option during registration. All outdoor Non-Food booths will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
