Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Wave Fest Please read the following before submitting your application:
- General Info: This is an outdoor event featuring live music, vendors, art, and more. Spaces are limited and assigned by the festival team. Vendors are expected to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, and display materials unless otherwise arranged.
- Setup & Breakdown: Vendor check-in and setup times will be communicated prior to the event. All booths must be fully set up before gates open and remain in place until breakdown begins after the event closes. Early breakdowns are not permitted.
- Load-in/Load-out: All vendors will have access to drive back to the venue space or near the main alley entrance to load-in and load-out. Vehicles must then be parked off-site as space is limited.
