Welcome to Warrior Winter Fest and thank you for your participation in this event.

We are committed to providing food trucks to festival attendees where each will offer a distinct type of cuisine so as to not overlap. The participation fee per food truck is $175. Food trucks will be located in front of the new gym at the high school, near the area where games and activities are being set up. In addition to food, food trucks may sell sodas and water to participants, but alcohol is not permitted.

This is a juried event. Please allow two weeks for us to receive and review your application. Food truck vendors will be notified once the review process is complete, at which time your payment will be processed.

About the event

Join us as the C-Club and Cherokee High School host the inaugural Warrior Winter Fest on Saturday, November 8th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. This exciting event promises fun for everyone with a variety of vendors, delicious food trucks, and engaging games and activities for kids. It is certain to be a memorable day for everyone. Our goal is to raise funds for the C-Club (Cherokee High School Athletic Booster). Powered by volunteers, the C-Club is a 501c3 organization that supports all CHS student athletes, enhances the athletic experience, and fosters a strong sense of community.

Terms & Conditions

Parking information, setup times, and maps will be provided 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
Food Trucks agree to be set-up prior to the start time of 10:00 am, Saturday, November 8. Set-up times are Friday, November 7 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday, November 8 from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.
Food Trucks must remain open the entirety of the event on November 8th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Food Trucks are responsible for keeping their designated area clean and disposing of waste in appropriate containers. All cooking oils and gray water must be disposed of in appropriate containers and by the vendor themselves. Oils and gray water are NOT allowed to be disposed of in the onsite dumpsters at Cherokee High School. Vendors found in violation of this rule may be subject to a cleaning fee.
Food Truck vendors must specify electrical needs in the application. Access to outlets will be provided, however, vendors are required to provide their own electrical cord.
Because this event is a fundraiser, fees are non-refundable once paid.

Is electricity needed?
List all appliances you will need to hook up to electricity and the required electrical needs (please list amps and volts). If electricity is needed, vendors should have a 100-foot extension cord. Cherokee High School and the festival will be unable to provide extension cords on site.

The C-Club, Cherokee High School and Event Staff are not responsible for accidents or for items lost, stolen or damaged. All concessionaires are expected to comply with local health and safety regulations. I understand it is my responsibility to obtain insurance for my property, as Warrior Winter Fest and Cherokee High School do not provide coverage.Please check to confirm.
