Food Truck Application

Welcome to Warrior Winter Fest and thank you for your participation in this event.

We are committed to providing food trucks to festival attendees where each will offer a distinct type of cuisine so as to not overlap. The participation fee per food truck is $175. Food trucks will be located in front of the new gym at the high school, near the area where games and activities are being set up. In addition to food, food trucks may sell sodas and water to participants, but alcohol is not permitted.

This is a juried event. Please allow two weeks for us to receive and review your application.  Food truck vendors will be notified once the review process is complete, at which time your payment will be processed.

• Parking information, setup times, and maps will be provided 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
• Food Trucks agree to be set-up prior to the start time of 10:00 am, Saturday, November 8. Set-up times are Friday, November 7 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday, November 8 from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.
• Food Trucks must remain open the entirety of the event on November 8th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
• Food Trucks are responsible for keeping their designated area clean and disposing of waste in appropriate containers. All cooking oils and gray water must be disposed of in appropriate containers and by the vendor themselves. Oils and gray water are NOT allowed to be disposed of in the onsite dumpsters at Cherokee High School. Vendors found in violation of this rule may be subject to a cleaning fee.
• Food Truck vendors must specify electrical needs in the application. Access to outlets will be provided, however, vendors are required to provide their own electrical cord.
• Because this event is a fundraiser, fees are non-refundable once paid.
