Thank you for your interest in DFW Fiber Fest 2026!
Our Market is a thoughtfully curated one-stop shop where attendees can touch, sample, and buy a wide range of fiber arts-related tools, equipment, supplies, and accessories. We feature local, regional, and national vendors, including local yarn shops, farm-based stores, independent fiber artists, and more. We include a mix of returning and new vendors each year, and we'd love to hear from you!
Market load-in and set-up is on Thursday, August 27th, and the Market will be open to the public August 28th-30th.
- The regular application period has ended.
- Initial acceptance notifications will go out by December 31, 2025.
- Waitlist applications are now being accepted. We will contact you if a space opens up and you are considered a good fit for our event.

This is an electronic agreement and by submitting an application, you acknowledge acceptance of all terms and conditions in the 2026 Contract and Market Participation Guide, which is provided with this application.
If your application is accepted, you agree to be charged the applicable booth fee(s) according to the payment timing and options you selected.
By completing an application, you are also authorizing DFW Fiber Fest to add you to our mailing list so you can receive email updates about your application and our future shows. We do not sell our list.

- As of now, do you believe you will require access to the loading ramp for Load-In and Load-Out? (Alternative option is to park near the ramp and transfer all of your items via pushcart, hand carry, etc.)
- When do you plan to arrive for load-in? On Wednesday (the day before), or on Thursday (load-in day)? If you had the option to unload your vehicle on Wednesday night, would you take advantage of that?
- How long does it normally take you to unload your vehicle on load-in day? And assuming your booth is fully packed and ready to go, roughly how long does it take to load up your vehicle during load-out?
