About the application

We’re thrilled to announce that Know Other Festival is returning April 2026! This four-day, three-night queer camping and wellness experience is created for LGBTQ+ women, trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive folks—and vendors like YOU are an essential part of our magic! To apply participants must be 21 years of age or older.

 

Our goal is to give our community a change to evolve outside of nightlife by creating other safe spaces.

 

By filling out this application, you are agreeing to the below:

  • Vendors are prepared for their own vendor setup, hold a catering license and or food safety permit.

About the event

Know Other Festival is a transformative 4-day, 3-night wellness camping experience designed to celebrate, uplift, and connect LGBTQIA+ women, nonbinary, gender-expansive, and trans identities. Set in the serene and scenic Jacumba Hot Springs, CA, the festival offers an inclusive space to explore personal growth, wellness, and creativity through immersive workshops, vibrant music performances, and interactive art installations. With dynamic sessions led by queer facilitators and artists, attendees engage in healing practices, thought-provoking discussions, and joyful celebrations. Nighttime programming includes a mix of community-building activities, live music, and unique themed events. This is more than just a festival; it’s a sanctuary for queer healing, connection, and self-expression. Terms & Conditions

Craft Vendors will have two (2) Vendor Fee Options

  1. $600 Vendor Fee: To Include - 10’ x 20’ vendor space, (3) vendor tickets to the festival (additional tickets can be purchased at 50% discount), Camping spot to include: tent / car / van camping pass, (2) parking passes,  Wi-Fi, early festival access.
  2. $300 Vendor Fee: To Include - 10’ x 10’ vendor space, (2) vendor tickets to the festival (additional tickets can be purchased at 50% discount), Camping spot to include: tent, (1) parking passes,  Wi-Fi, early festival access. Additional parking passes or upgraded accommodations may be purchased.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee all vendor applicants. All selected candidates will be required to have a 1:1 meeting with our vendor lead prior to the Festival. Payment is due at the time of application approval and finalized no later than 8 weeks prior to the event date. 

 

Social Media Information:
Acknowledgement to engage, share, post of pre-festival social media blitz on behalf of Know Other Festival. Social Media kits will be provided by Marketing upon Vendor Agreement. 

 

Terms and Conditions:
Vendors are required to set up any and all required facilities or items on the following date and time: 

Date for Setup: Wednesday, April 22, 2026 between 8am - 4 pm PST

Vendor(s) are responsible to unload and set up their booth during this window of time. 


Vendor shall be responsible for maintaining the space provided by the Organizer in a clean and orderly manner. Vendors shall be responsible for all trash removal at the close of each Event Day and at the completion of the Event. Vendor shall be responsible for removing or emptying any sandbags utilized, sandbags are provided by the venue.  If the Vendor does not keep the space clean, the Organizer may undertake the cleaning services and charge Vendor the amount needed. 


The goods/services listed herein are the only goods/services permitted to be sold through Vendor at the Event. Vendor hereby warrants that the goods/services being sold are of the utmost quality and are safe and legal to be sold under all applicable state and federal laws.

Single booth $600.00 Upon approval your payment method of choice will be charged the vendor fee. The vendor fee will include: 10’ x 20’ vendor space, (3) vendor tickets to the festival (additional tickets can be purchased at 50% discount), Camping spot to include: tent / car / van camping pass, (2) parking passes, Wi-Fi, early festival access. Upon payment, a link will be sent to process your festival tickets for you and your vendor team. Please ensure tickets are processed and screenshot or email saved for arrival on Wednesday at the gates.
