About the application
Sign up to become an official Event Sponsor Vendor of the 2nd Annual TREASURE COAST FOOD FEST & CRAFT FAIR with The Treasure Coast Food Bank! Find the different Sponsorship Packages below, under "Related Files". This Single Day, Family-Friendly Event will feature a unique and diverse Food Festival (~30 Restaurants/Food Trucks), a Large Vendor Craft Fair/Marketplace with Sponsors, Artists, Crafters, Small Businesses etc., Concerts featuring several bands, Alcohol/Non-Alcoholic Beverage Bars, a Kids Zone/Game Area, and More! Your business will benefit from the marketing exposure to hundreds of thousands of people leading up to the Event, as well as in-person day-of exposure to the 5,000-10,000+ people in attendance! About the event
Terms & Conditions
- Sponsors will be given access to the Location no less than 24 hours before the Start Time of the event to set up their station and prepare anything else necessary to vend at the Location. Sponsor agrees to arrive no later than 2.5 hours before the event to set up. - Required Set up time to be dictated by the Fire Inspector at a later date. Typically all Sponsors/Vendors must be fully set up by 9:30am.
- Sponsors must remove their vehicles once setup, no later than 11:00am
- Host will secure lighting for the Marketplace area. Sponsors are responsible for providing their own lighting within their booth if desired.
- Sponsors are responsible for providing their set up, including Tent, Tables, Signage, Power (if needed), and tent weights.
- Sponsors will not be permitted to sell nor provide any beverages to attendees unless agreed in writing by the Host prior to the event.
- All Tents must have sufficient weights/stakes on ALL 4 Legs, typically, 40lbs per leg is required for safety reasons.
- This Venue does provide power to to the Marketplace area; therefore, each Sponsor will be required to bring their own power source (if needed) for their equipment. **We strongly encourage vendors to use battery powered options rather than a Gas Generator if needed.
- At least 30 days prior to the date of the Event, Sponsors must disclose to the Host if they are bringing a GAS generator. *This is to ensure you are placed on the Site Map in accordance with the Fire Code Requirements.
- Sponsors will be required to stop sales at the conclusion of the event at 9:00pm.
- Sponsor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.
- This is a “Rain or Shine” event; refunds will not be issued if the Sponsor decides they are not going to attend due to weather.
- Host will secure overnight security for the event space on Friday and Saturday night, however, host will not be held responsible for damage/theft of items left overnight.
- If the event is canceled due to an Act of God (Hurricane, Tropical Storm, Pandemic, etc.) the Host will secure a rescheduled date/venue no sooner than 1 month from the original date of the Event and your Sponsorship will be transferred to this, or the next Battle Bros Event.
- Sponsor understands that the Sponsorship Fee is non-refundable.
- Sponsors agree to clean up their spot after the event, leaving the area the way they found it upon setting up.
- Host will provide all set up requirements, required set up times, vendor spot number, site map, vendor parking information etc., at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
