Welcome to the Last Minute Holiday Shopping Vendor Market!

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement with Sun Poppy Markets & Events electronically.

All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. Jewelry: must be handmade, no wholesale bulk order items.  Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural. Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted. Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted. Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry.  Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category. Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece. Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments. Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature. Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered. Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium. Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed. Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

Vendor applications will be reviewed; vendor limits will be adhered to when reviewing applications for each medium category.

NO ITEMS will be allowed if not on the vendor application.  If you do not list it, you will not be allowed to sell it.  

Set up for the Holiday Market will be on Friday 12/19/25 and Saturday 12/20/25, time to be announced as the event gets closer.

Tear down for the Holiday Market:  Saturday as soon as guests have finished shopping.  4pm is acceptable if you do not have any guests.  All vendors are to be packed and out of the building by 6:30pm.  Vendor is responsible for keeping vendor space clean of debris and packaging.  If vendor has boxes to discard, they MUST be broken down flat and put in the proper receptacle, please ask where to dispose of cardboard.  Vendor is responsible for keeping with in their space, NO signs or displays may be placed outside of vendor booth space in the aisles. 

 

About the event

Please join us at our Last Minute Holiday Shopping Vendor Market on December 20, 2025, from 10am-4pm. With 50 plus Artisan and Food Vendors there surely will be something for everyone. The Market is located at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds in the Tribal Building.

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance, Fees, Payment Process & Deadlines: 

Once exhibitor has been approved and accepted payment is required, and the Application/Contract constitutes a legally binding agreement with Sun Poppy Markets & Events for the checked events only.  Payment is due at the time of approval of the Artisan Application.

No Refunds Policy:  All vendor booth sales for events hosted by Sun Poppy Markets & Events (SPME) are final.  Once a vendor booth has been reserved and paid for, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances, including cancellations by the vendor.

This is a rain, snow or sunshine event; no refunds will be given due to weather conditions.

Sun Poppy Markets & Events will advertise the market, we are not responsible for attendance, sales or weather.

Refunds will be issued should Sun Poppy Markets & Events cancel the Holiday Market.

No Transfer Policy:  Vendor booth reservations are non-transferable.  This means once a booth has been purchased, it cannot be transferred to another party, vendor or event.

Facility Policies:  All pertinent fire codes, laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety shall be strictly obeyed and enforced.  No open flame of any kind is permitted in the Holiday Market area.  All tent canopy's must be fire safe (material or sprayed with retardant).

California Resale License: Required, upload.

Business Insurance: Is not required for this market.

Vendor Booth/Space: No vendor booth is to close prior to 4pm.  Vendors closing early may not be invited to future Sun Poppy Markets & Events vendor opportunities.  Vendor spaces are 10x10 or 20x10.  Booth must be manned during Holiday Market hours.  Vendor may not display items including signage or racks outside of their assigned space.

Amendment/Termination of Contract: SPME shall have full power to interpret and/or to amend any and all rules and regulations.  Agreement may be terminated by SPME at any time when/if any of the conditions are breached by the exhibitor.  Any payments made by the exhibitor prior to termination shall be retained by SPME.  SPME reserves the right to resell said booth space.

Exhibitor Photos:  Photos submitted will be used by SPME for advertising the market or event. 

Vendors selling food or drink items: Vendor is responsible for obtaining their Temporary Food Facility Permit with Tuolumne County, this is REQUIRED to be a food vendor; use the link below to apply.

Vendor MUST supply a copy of their Temporary Food Facility Permit to Sun Poppy Markets & Events PRIOR to the market day.

Vendor is responsible for obtaining their ServSafe Certificate and supplying a copy to Sun Poppy Markets & Events prior to the market day.

Prices

Single Booth - Middle of Building SOLD OUT Non-refundable One 10x10 vendor booth. Booth will be in-line with neighboring booths with only one side open for guests to enter/shop from. No electricity is provided or available for this booth space. Vendor spaces in the middle of the building will be two rows of 4 vendors back to back.
Corner Single Booth - Middle of Building SOLD OUT Non-refundable Corner Space in the Middle of the Building. No electricity is provided or available for this booth space. Vendor spaces in the middle of the building will be two rows of 4 vendors back to back. Vendor may choose up to two corner spaces allowing them to have the full end of the vendor row. Vendor may choose a Corner Space and a Single in-line Space.
Single Booth with Electricity SOLD OUT Non-refundable Vendor booths with electricity will be along the walls of the building. Booths will have vendors on either side with only one opening for guests to enter/shop from.
Corner Single Booth with Electricity SOLD OUT Non-refundable Corner Space with electricity will be along a wall in the building. If vendor is wanting two spaces, they MUST apply for both a Corner Space with Electricity and a Single Space with electricity.
