Welcome to the Eventz 4 Change Inc. application process! Below is important information to ensure a smooth application experience and a successful event for all participants.

General Information
Eventz 4 Change Inc. is dedicated to creating impactful community events that support our mission of empowering youth entrepreneurs. All participants, including vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors, are essential to making this vision a reality. Please review the following details before submitting your application.

Accepted Categories
We welcome a diverse range of participants, including but not limited to:

Artisans and Craftspeople: Handmade goods such as jewelry, art, décor, and more.

Food Vendors: Packaged or prepared food items (see food management for details).

Youth Entrepreneurs: Participants ages 12–25 showcasing products or services.

Community Organizations: Nonprofits or groups providing community-focused resources.

Category Descriptions
Artisans & Crafters: Handmade, original items crafted with skill and care.

Food Vendors: Includes food trucks, baked goods, packaged treats, and beverages. Food handling must comply with local health department regulations.

Commercial Products: Products from direct sales representatives or franchises (e.g., home goods, beauty products).

Event Protocol
Arrival and Check-In: All participants must check in at the designated area upon arrival. Event staff will provide booth assignments and any additional instructions.

Conduct: Maintain professionalism and respect for other participants and attendees.
Food Management

Health Guidelines: Food must be stored, prepared, and served in accordance with health and safety standards.

Parking
A designated parking area will be available for vendors and participants. Specific instructions will be provided prior to the event.
Loading/unloading zones will be noted upon arrival

Setup and Breakdown Information
Setup: Booth setup begins at [insert time] and must be completed by [insert time]. Vendors arriving late may forfeit their spot.
Breakdown: Booths must remain open until the event’s official closing time. Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.

Cleanup: Participants are responsible for leaving their area clean and free of trash.

By participating in any Eventz 4 Change Inc. event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Guidelines
Mission Alignment: All participants, including vendors, exhibitors, and attendees, must respect the mission and values of Eventz 4 Change Inc., which focuses on empowering youth entrepreneurs and fostering community engagement.
Registration: Participation is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and payment of any applicable fees. There is no exclusivity!
Cancellations: Eventz 4 Change reserves the right to cancel or modify event details as necessary. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
Vendor and Exhibitor Policies
Setup and Teardown: Vendors must adhere to the setup and teardown times provided. Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval.
Product Guidelines: All items displayed or sold must be approved prior to the event and align with the event’s purpose and family-friendly nature.
Space Allocation: Booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific locations cannot be guaranteed but will be allocated to ensure a fair layout.
Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their assigned area and disposing of trash properly.
Payment and Refunds
Fee Policy: Participation fees are non-refundable unless Eventz 4 Change cancels the event.
Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid by the specified deadline. Non-payment may result in forfeiture of your spot.
Liability and Conduct
Liability Waiver: Eventz 4 Change Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event. Vendors and attendees participate at their own risk.
Behavior Expectations: All participants must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the event.
Insurance: Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
Marketing and Media
Photography and Promotion: By participating, you grant Eventz 4 Change Inc. permission to use photographs, videos, and other media taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Use of Branding: Eventz 4 Change Inc. branding, including logos, may not be used without prior written consent.
Compliance
Local Laws and Regulations: All participants must comply with local laws, permits, and tax requirements applicable to the event and their operations.
Force Majeure: Eventz 4 Change Inc. is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
