This is a good thing to write down for all of our event registration sites:

(Only applicable to TouohuFest: All payments made to the AMP Organization are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure or inability to use Credentials due to illness, epidemics, pandemics, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, natural disasters, civil unrest, cyber-attacks, or loss of employment. AMP Organization will not issue refunds, deferrals, or credits for Credentials that have been revoked.)
Submitting a chargeback is in direct violation of our Refund Policy and will result in immediate cancellation of your order(s) and restriction of your account, preventing you from participating in any future events hosted by the AMP Organization. Any money paid by you for the canceled order(s) will be kept by AMP Organization.
AMP Organization reserves the right to change the Refund Policy at any time without notification.
