Join us at the Run Up for Heroes 5K & Fall Festival at the USS Orleck Naval Museum, as we celebrate 250 years of the U.S. Navy and raise funds for Jacksonville’s veterans.
This high-traffic, family-friendly event will feature 1,000+ attendees including runners, military families, and local community members. We're seeking vendors selling handmade goods, unique gifts, apparel, accessories, wellness products, fall-themed items, and more!

About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting your application to vend at the Run Up for Heroes 5K & Fall Festival, you agree to the following terms:
1. Fees and Refunds
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Payment is required upon acceptance of your application to secure your space.
No refunds will be given for inclement weather, no-shows, or vendor cancellations.
2. Products Allowed
We welcome vendors selling handmade goods, gifts, crafts, wellness items, apparel, accessories, home décor, and fall-themed merchandise.
No food or beverage sales allowed unless you are an approved food vendor.
The event is family-friendly—no adult content, offensive materials, or politically charged merchandise.
3. Setup & Load-In
Load-in begins at 6:00 AM.
Vendors must be fully set up by 8:00 AM before the festival begins.
Streets close at 7:00 AM due to the 5K, so early arrival is required.
Vendors must remain for the full duration of the event and may not break down early without permission from event staff.
4. Booth Space & Equipment
Each vendor will be assigned a designated 10x10 space unless otherwise agreed upon.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, displays, and signage.
Booths must be tidy, safe, and visually appealing.
5. Electricity & Wi-Fi
Electricity and Wi-Fi are not guaranteed. Vendors must plan accordingly for power needs.
Generators are not allowed unless pre-approved.
6. Conduct & Safety
Vendors must act professionally and respectfully at all times.
No amplified music or disruptive behavior is allowed.
Vendor booths must be supervised by an adult at all times.
All materials must be secured and safe for outdoor conditions.
7. Clean-Up
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area after the event.
Trash must be bagged and disposed of properly.
Vendors who leave trash or damage their space may be excluded from future events.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Helping Hands for Heroes Inc., the USS Orleck Naval Museum, and all event partners are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury.
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for the safety of their staff, inventory, and setup.
Liability insurance is recommended but not required.
9. Promotion & Participation
Vendors may be featured in event promotion, social media, and digital materials.
Acceptance as a vendor does not guarantee individual promotion but offers visibility in a high-traffic event space.
Vendors must not assign or share their booth without written permission.
10. Cause & Community
This event supports Helping Hands for Heroes, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
All vendor fees support housing and services for homeless and at-risk veterans in Jacksonville.
11. Application Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
The event team reserves the right to accept or deny applications based on fit, category limits, or space availability.
