About the application
This application is for Food Vending only.
If you plan to participate both weekends then at the payment option only pick "Both" for the 1st weekend and $0 for the second. Vendor acceptance letters will be sent out by 11/7/2025. Then payment will automatically charge on 11/21/2025.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Vending space is not held until final payment is made. If final payment is not made within 60 days of receiving the payment link then your space will be given to the vendor on the list behind you. Payment will include 2 Vendor Weekend Passes per 10x10 space.
It is the vendors responsibility to upload a media kit with this application or send it by email in order to be featured in a post. email: info@thevikingexperiencenc.com
Vendors can set up on Friday (10am-9pm) or Saturday, check-in by 8:30 am, and be packed up by Monday morning. The entrance for food vendors will be to the right of the front gate. Do not block the center load in road.
Any generators used must be the quiet kind or have a cover. There is no power or water on site.
Every vendor must adhere to the instructions sent out in the Participants' Guide before the event. Failure to do so may result in the vendor not being invited back. TVE is not responsible for any loss, damages, or injury during this event.
