About the application
Event Date: December 13th 2025 - 9am to 5pm
Location: Bellworks - 101 Crawford Corner Rd, Holmdel NJ
Vendor Space include: 6 ft. table(s), chair(s) and table cloths will be provided. DO NOT bring additional tables. Vendor tables include will include two passes for your first table and one additional pass for each additional table on the order.
Refunds or cancellations are strictly prohibited once a table has been purchased. Tables cannot be resold or transferred without prior approval.

Please do not move your tables from the position they are in; if you need help please find a staff member and we will assist you with any placement issues.

Please review the vendor information email thoroughly when you are sent your table assignments! We answer just about any question you may have in that email.
If you are splitting your table with someone, please make sure they are aware of these policies.

We do not allow the resale of tables. Any and all transfers must be approved by us prior to transferring your tables and they cannot be sold for more than their cost.
