Spaces are assigned as applications are received. A completed application and payment online must be received before your space is confirmed. The space fee is $40 per space ($50 if you require electrical), you will ONLY be charged if your application is approved.
NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds of fees as they are used for promotional materials and other event costs.
WEATHER: The event will continue as scheduled as longs as the weather allows us to continue to operate safely. In the event of inclement weather a decision will be made by Main Street if there will be a rescheduled date.
VENDOR SPACE: Each vendor space will be 10x10 on Jackson Street in downtown Forsyth. No additional materials will be provided (tent, tent weights, tables, clothing racks, shelves, etc). Any items must not go beyond your outlined space. All tents must be weighted down for safety. Tent staked will not be able to be used, as will be on the street.
SETUP: Setup will run from 8am-10:30am, all vendors must be ready for event to begin at 10am. Cars will be allow for load in, but will need to be removed before 11am.
BREAKDOWN: Breakdown can begin anytime but you will not be allowed to bring vehicles in to load out until after event is over at 3pm. After the event all vendors are responsible for cleaning up all items in their space and removing it from the property.

- Home baked and processed food such as bread, jellies, jams, preserves, and pickles are welcome, but they must come from a licensed kitchen approved by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. The vendor is responsible for obtaining that license and any other necessary licenses and bringing copies for the market manager to keep.
