Thank you for your interest in participating in the Chain of Parks Art Festival! Please be sure to click "Show More" to read over all the key information before applying, as we have done our best to answer all of your questions before you submit your application!  

 

The Community Corner is all about making community connections! This key entrance of the Festival features our Host Sponsors, Community Partners (local non-profits/ government agencies), and Brand Ambassadors (private businesses) who interact with an estimated 40,000+ visitors through free, educational, and hands-on activities.

 

WHAT IS A BRAND AMBASSADOR?

Brand Ambassadors engage the public in a visually appealing, interactive booth setup to promote their offerings. They may provide hand-outs, free swag, share mailing list information, and set appointments, but are strictly prohibited from selling goods or services. 

 

PARTICIPATION BENEFITS:

  • Outreach opportunities to an estimated 40,000+ visitors.
  • Listing in the Festival Magazine distributed to hotels, sponsors, on our website, and at the Festival.
  • Entrance sign listing your organization.
  • Recognition on social media and ChainofParks.com
  • One parking pass.
  • 10x10 booth space in a prime location.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Event Set-Up: Friday, April 17, 2pm - 4:45pm
  • Event Dates: April 18 & 19
    • Event Times: Saturday from 10am – 5pm & Sunday, from 10am – 4pm
  • Breakdown: Sunday, April 19 from 4-8pm (roads re-open at 8pm)

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • $750 booth space fee (automatically processed via Eventeny upon acceptance to the Festival; we can no longer receive checks). 
    • Late Applications = $800 (after Feb. 1, if there's room).
  • Description of your free interactive activity. 
  • Description of your organization/business. 
  • Contact info for team members who need logistical information. 

Submitting Your Application: You may continue to edit your application until the deadline. Make sure to save your login information and progress. Once you are ready, click “Submit”, and you will receive an automatic confirmation email (check your junk folder). If you don't see an email, we did not receive your application.

About the event

The 26th Annual Chain of Parks Art Festival will be on Saturday, April 18: 10 am – 5 pm & Sunday, April 19: 10 am – 4 pm FREE EVENT – No tickets are required Expect a first-class, fun-filled outdoor cultural experience at the Chain of Parks Art Festival in downtown Tallahassee! Ranked #3 in the Nation (including #1 in Florida) for fine art festivals, this event allows visitors to view and purchase unique works of fine art from over 150 national juried artists in a delightful Southern outdoor setting, while enjoying a weekend filled with live 3-D street art, live entertainment by local bands and performing arts groups, children’s art activities, family fun, local heritage re-enactments, and delicious local food, craft beer, and cocktails. Nationally ranked in the Top 100 Fine Art Festivals by Sunshine Artist Magazine for 11 years running, this annual two-day festival draws tens of thousands of people from the Big Bend Southeast region to experience the fun and enjoy artists who travel from across the country to showcase their original work. The Festival is a beloved regional celebration of fine art and culture, and it plays a vital role in supporting LeMoyne Arts’ year-round programming and educational offerings, a non-profit art center serving our community since 1963.

Terms & Conditions

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS & KEY INFO:

 

BOOTH ACTIVITY:

  • The booth must be interactive; no stagnant booths. We recommend you provide a free game or art-themed/educational activity on both days. You are welcome to offer taste-testing samples, raffles, information regarding your business, and free promo/ marketing items.
    • Please do not "paper" the Festival grounds, as it causes a lot of trash waste and is against our Greening mission.

STAFFING & ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Participation during both days at the Festival is mandatory.
  • Our organization agrees to have at least one representative present at our booth to help supervise the art activity during all Festival hours.
  • If a participant abandons their booth or breaks down early during the festival weekend, they may not be invited back.

LOGISTICS & EQUIPMENT:

  • Must supply your own weighted tent (no larger than 10x10), tables, chairs, extension cords, and decorative displays.
  • Don't have a tent? The Festival works with In Tents Events; feel free to rent your tent/ tables/ chairs from them, as they will already be on-site.
  • Please note that this road has a slight slope and is a slightly uneven street. Please set up your booth in a way that mitigates trip hazards.
  • We encourage branded decor (i.e. table cloths, banners, etc.). The more colorful and curated your setup, the more enticing your booth will be.
  • Power is limited (basic 20amp) and available for purchase for $25.00 per plug (limited to 2 per Partner). 

LIABILITY, FEES, & REFUNDS:

  • We are a rain-or-shine Festival unless deemed dangerous by the City. Please be prepared for all types of Florida weather.
  • Withdrawal & Refunds:
    • If you must withdraw, notify Powell@lemoyne.org immediately so a waitlisted organization can be invited.
    • We are not able to issue refunds after March 16, 2026.
      • Fees will not be refunded after March 16, 2026, if the Festival must be canceled due to inclement weather, acts of God, or any other circumstance deemed necessary. 
      • A 5% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations before March 16, 2026. Refunds will be issued via Eventeny/ Stripe within 30 days. 
  • Participation Fee: $750 (automatically processed upon acceptance). Please note in the "special requests" section if you need the card charged on a specific day. Unfortunately, we can no longer receive payment via check. 
  • Late applications will be considered with a $50.00 late fee (if space is available).

WE KINDLY REQUEST:

  • Please ‘Like’ and 'follow' @ChainofParks on Facebook and Instagram.
  • We recommend you create at least 4 posts on social media, letting your followers know about your participation in the Festival. Please tag us using @ChainofParks and #ChainofParks.

This is an electronic agreement, and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

 

2026 GENERAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC. does NOT provide liability insurance for the protection of persons, vendors, entertainers, merchants, organizations, spectators or others who participate in any LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC. event.
 
In consideration of participating in the Chain of Parks Art Festival, I do hereby release and forever discharge LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC., its members, officers, employees, agents, servants, volunteers and sponsors from any and all actions, negligence, causes of actions, claims and demands, for any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by me or my organization in connection with or relating to any LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC. event.
 
This release extends to, applies to, covers and includes all known, unknown, disclosed, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, losses and liabilities, and the consequences thereof, notwithstanding the provisions of any state, federal, local or territorial law or statute to the contrary. Such provisions are hereby expressly waived.
 
It is further understood and agreed that my/my organization’s participation in any LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC. event is not to be construed as an admission of liability or the assumption of any responsibility by LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC., its members, officers, employees, agents, servants, volunteers and/or sponsors for any act or omission by me or any member(s) of my organization.
 
I hereby agree on behalf of my organization, its heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to indemnify LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC. and its members, officers, employees, agents, servants, volunteers and sponsors, jointly and severally, and to hold them harmless from and against any and all actions, negligence, claims, demands and liabilities, loss damages and expense of whatever kind or nature, including attorney fees, which may from any organizations participation in the LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC. event.
 
Furthermore, I agree that the venue for any claim or matter relating to this agreement shall be Leon County, Florida.
 
LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC., The City of Tallahassee and The Tallahassee Police Department reserve the right to remove any misrepresented or inappropriate material or persons from any LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC. event, including but not limited to, The Village. Non-compliance with Chain of Parks Art Festival’s directive, rules and/or regulations will result in the forfeiture of my/my organization’s booth and immediate closure by the Tallahassee Police Department and LEMOYNE ART FOUNDATION, INC.

Prices

Basic Power Access $25.00 Non-refundable *Please Note: This does not include taxes and processing merchant fees. We do have the ability to get you power (around 20 amps). You must bring your own extra-long extension cords and cord covers/ tape -- access will be limited to one side of the street (meter side). This is non-refundable.
10x10 Booth Space $750.00 Non-refundable *Please Note: This does not include taxes and processing merchant fees. The fee to participate is $750 and will automatically be processed AFTER you have been accepted, unless you have made other arrangements with the Festival Director. Booth space is limited and will not be confirmed until payment is received. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to receive payment through checks. Booth cancellations are non-refundable after March 16, 2026. A 5% administrative fee will be charged for cancellations prior to March 16, 2026. Refunds will be issued via Eventeny/ Stripe within 30 days. Booth fees will not be refunded if the Festival must be canceled due to inclement weather, acts of God, or any other circumstance deemed necessary by Chain of Parks Art Festival and city officials.
