APPLICATION DEADLINE: December 31, 2025
ACCEPTANCE: Notifications will be emailed by January 9, 2026.
ART SHOW LOCATION: Cornell Art Museum at Old School Square (51 N. Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444)
Museum Front Lawn and Swinton West Lawn
BOOTH FEES: Upon acceptance of application, booth fees will be due asap before January 31, 2026 (Fees will be charged on credit card provided on January 31, 2026)
**The DDA reserves the right to refuse any vendor. **
EXHIBITOR PARKING: CIty of Delray Beach City Hall, 100 NW 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, 33444 (North Parking Lot - Parking Pass will be provided upon check in)
VISITOR PARKING: Metered parking in the Old School Square Garage and Federspeil Garage and in designated metered spaces in Downtown Delray Beach through the Delray Beach Park Mobile system (Read the signs!).
LIABILITY INSURANCE: Artist/Vendor must provide a certificate of general liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage. Certificate of Insurance can be purchased inexpensively through ACT Insurance and must name the following as additionally insured:
Downtown Development Authority, 350 SE 1st Street, Delray Beach, FL 33483
AND
City of Delray Beach, 100 NW 1st Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444
GENERAL RULES and REGULATIONS:
- NO CBD Products / Delta 8 Products of any kind permitted at Downtown Development Authority events.
- All submittals will be reviewed and acceptance or denial decision is final.
- Exhibitors will be notified via email of acceptance by January 9, 2026
- Booth fees will be charged by January 31, 2026
- Exhibitors will receive a site map with designated booth location and load in directions one week prior to event.
- Exhibitors must be ready for load in on Friday, March 27, 2026 from 10am to 5pm.
- Exhibitor/Artist Reception on Friday, March 27 (5pm) inside Cornell Art Museum after set up.
- Exhibitors must provide 10x10 WHITE artist tent with 50lb weights. NO GROUND STAKES PERMITTED DUE TO SPRINKLER SYSTEMS!
- Upon acceptance to Art on the Square, tent rentals are available through The Tent Guys, Email: thetentguys@att.net, Phone: 561-374-1783 www.Thetentguysllc.com
- Exhibitor booths will be set in a quad formation so each booth has two open sides (if desired)
- Exhibitor staff and area must remain neat, clean and kept in an orderly fashion. Exhibits and displays must be contained within booth space. Conduct and displays must be appropriate.
- Someone from your staff must manage the booth before, during and through breakdown.
- Exhibitor booth must be set up and ready by 9:00 am on Saturday, March 28 since Fine Art Show begins at 10:00 am sharp.
- Exhibitor Breakfast available at 9:00 am both show days in the Concession Building on premises
- Take down will begin on Sunday, March 29 at 4pm (NOT BEFORE) and be complete by 7pm.
SECURITY: The Cornell Art Museum through the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority DDA provides overnight security for this Fine Art SHow; however, Artists/Vendors are responsible for all valuables and items in your booth. DDA is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.
NO SHOW POLICY: Exhibitors who have not notified Event Staff via phone (561-654-2220 or cell 585-944-6107) or email (mgatto@downtowndelraybeach.com) by 7:00 am day of event will be considered a NO SHOW. At that point, all fees will be non-refundable subject to Cornell Art Museum staff review.

Terms & Conditions
The indemnification provided above shall obligate the Non-Profit Organization to defend, at his/her own expense or to provide for such defense, at the Indemnitees' option, any and all claims or liability and all suits and actions of every name and description that may be brought against the Indemnitees, their officers, agents, or employees which may result from the operations and activities under this Contract whether the work be performed by the Non-Profit Organization, his/her subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by either. This Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement include all costs and fees including attorney's fees and costs at trial and appellate levels.
