Activity Vendor Application-TVE Festival 2026
About the application
This application is for Activity Vending only. Only fill out if you offer the patron something they do. Not for products only. You can still do an activity and some product vending.
If you plan to participate both weekends then at the payment option pick "Both" for the 1st weekend and $0 for the second. Vendor acceptance letters will be sent out by 10/17/2025. Then payment will automatically charge on 10/31/2025.
It is the vendors responsibility to upload a media kit with this application or send it by email in order to be featured in a post. email: info@thevikingexperiencenc.com
Vendors can set up on Friday (10am-9pm) or Saturday, check-in by 8:30 am, and be packed up by Monday morning. Those participating in both weekends can stay set up but make sure to take anything valuable. They should bring their own tents, tables, and chairs. Please note, your vending tent, including ropes, must fit inside the space you purchase. Payment will include 2 Vendor Weekend Passes per 10x10 purchased.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Every vendor must adhere to the instructions sent out in the Participants' Guide before the event. Failure to do so may result in the vendor not being invited back. TVE is not responsible for any loss, damages, or injury during this event. We do have event security.
