LaFayette Honeybee Festival Entertainer Application.

FESTIVAL STAGE ENTERTAINMENT The Festival Stage is designed for groups and bands for a specific performance day and time.

STREET PERFORMERS Street performers consist of musicians, stilt-walkers, jugglers, roaming entertainment, magicians, and vaudevillians suitable for performance at an outdoor art festival and for quality of entertainment. Street Performers must have a minimal set-up that will not impede fire lanes at intersections or at ends of streets

WHEN: applications received by March 1, 2026 will have first consideration. Late applications are only considered based on space available

HOW: For Stage or Street Entertainment submit online or deliver to City Hall at 207 South Duke Street.

ACCEPTANCE & NOTIFICATION • Applicants will be notified via email or phone if they are selected to participate.

If I am selected to be an exhibitor for the 2026 LaFayette HoneyBee Festival, in consideration of my selection, I release and hold harmless and indemnify the City of LaFayette, its officers, elected officials, employees, agents, servants and volunteers, from any and all liability, loss or damage including, but not limited to, personal injury and property damage in connection with the festival, which is caused by me and my agents, servants and employees. By signature below I confirm that I have read and understand all rules and regulations set forth by the LaFayette HoneyBee Festival and that I will comply with all rules and regulations. In signing, I will authorize the City of LaFayette to receive my criminal history record for consideration of my application.
