Grow Oak Ridge is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to connect locally grown food with the public.
- Winter Farmers Market is located INDOORS at Roane State Community College, 701 Briarcliff Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830
- 15 Weeks on Saturdays, 9 AM to Noon
- December 6, 2025 to March 28, 2026.
- CLOSED Dec. 27, 2025, and Jan 3, 2026.
- Booths are roughly 6'x8'
- SAVE 20% when you select the "Whole Season Discount," which means your card on file will be charged on Nov. 3 for the entire season.
- OUTDOOR OPTION - Pay 5% of sales / show up when you want. Must be registered first.
The Winter Farmers Market is for PRODUCERS only. You must make, bake or grow what you sell.
Reselling is not allowed.
This is the AGRICULTURE application.
To Apply:
- READ the Vendor Handbook.
- Create/Update your profile.
- Enter ALL the products you wish to sell.
- Choose dates.
- Upload any certificates/licenses required for your products.
- Choose payment plan.
- Application fee is nonrefundable - If you are not accepted but eligible, you will be placed on a waiting list, and we will call you if we have an opening for your products.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
I am legally entitled to represent the business named in this application. I have read and agree to follow the policies of Grow Oak Ridge as outlined in the current Vendor Handbook. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grow Oak Ridge and its directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at this market.
I agree to abide by the rules of the Vendor Handbook, and the laws of Anderson County and the State of Tennessee regarding any product I sell.
I understand that Grow Oak Ridge may use my name and photographs of my products for advertising purposes.
By selecting "I agree" I acknowledge that a representative of Grow Oak Ridge has my permission to visit the location(s) where my products are produced and/or stored and to verify that I follow the Vendor Handbook.
