Vendors and Exhibitors

Thank you so much for your support & interest in participating in ANIME Impulse! This application is only for the Vendor Hall. Artist Alley applications will open at a later time. Please kindly be sure to read all details before filling out the application.

Vendor Hall

• Anyone or any business caught selling or distributing counterfeit merchandise will be promptly removed from event grounds without prior warnings nor refunds.
• Merchandise featuring stolen art is also counted as bootlegged merch.
• Vendors shall refrain from conducting or participating in games for money or other personal property, the operation of gambling devices, the conduct of a lottery or pool, or the selling or purchasing of lottery tickets at, on, in, or about the event grounds. Hosting programming and services that pertain to gambling/luck of the draw are prohibited. Examples would include the following: 
• Attendees purchasing raffle tickets for the chance to win a brand new gaming console. 
• Attendees paying money to participate in a luck of the draw-type of chance gaming.
• Adult-themed merchandise that includes nudity, drugs, alcohol use, adult situations, and/or violence, must be kept out of sight for minors. Any sale of merchandise will require an ID issued by federal, state, county, or municipal government with photo and birth date proving that person is over 18 years of age.

General Information

• Vendor Hall purchases are non refundable and non transferable. They may not be sold, shared, or given away.
• Registration Fee includes four (4) 2-day passes, one 8-foot table and two chairs. Electricity, internet, or tablecloth will NOT be provided.
• Any space not claimed and occupied two hours prior to the show opening will be considered a "No-Show". Any "No-Show" space(s) may be resold or reassigned without refund. All booths must be staffed by an authorized company representative during all show hours. Each exhibit must be open for the full duration of official show hours. Lost spaces cannot be reclaimed.
• Sharing or subletting space is not allowed.
