GENERAL AGREEMENT AND APPLICATION. Booths are assigned on a first come (paid) first serve basis. No holds will be placed for vendors. Placement at the event will be determined by the management of In A Pickle Festival - Kingwood. BOOTH SIZE: All spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft nominal. If your set up exceeds this area, you will be required to purchase another booth space unless specifically requested and approved for a larger space.. This includes awnings, fold outs, tables and chairs, displays, etc. Exhibits may not interfere with other exhibits or impede access to them or impede the free use of the street and/or sidewalk, crosswalks, walkways, emergency exits, etc. Unless otherwise specified, tables, chairs, pop-up tents, display units, etc. are the responsibility of each exhibitor. SHARING: Exhibitors may not assign, sublet, or share any part of their designated space without the prior written consent of In A Pickle Festival - Kingwood. SET UP/TEARDOWN: Event space will open no later than two hours prior to the scheduled start time. Vendors are expected to be fully set up and ready for business no less than 30 minutes prior to event start time. . This includes removing ALL vendor vehicles from the area!!!!!! Vendor vehicles will NOT be allowed to access the area during the runtime of the event unless prior arrangements are made with In A Pickle Festival - Kingwood. Vendors are expected to remain at the event for its entire duration. VENDORS: Only one representative per company is accepted at our shows unless otherwise arranged with In A Pickle Festival - Kingwood (ie. Mary Kay, LuLaRoe, Scentsy, etc). Representatives may bring other team members with them to work their booth. All booths are available on a first pay-first reserve basis. In A Pickle Festival - Kingwood reserves the right to book multiple craft or handmade vendors of similar types at our discretion. ELECTRICITY: Access to electricity is available on a limited basis for an additional fee. Electricity can be purchased at the time of your booth purchase. Only one outlet per $40 provided after your application is approved. Vendors are responsible for extension cords as well as a manner of staking down or taping down your cord should it cross a sidewalk (duct tape is common). While we make every effort to accommodate those who requested electricity to their booth, we cannot guarantee it. Should you purchase electricity and it is not available, a refund will be issued.
