Located next to Wonderscope KC and the newly opened Farm Fresh Market, the Red Bridge Shopping Center has undergone years of thoughtful revitalization. Today, it’s a beautiful, thriving space filled with unique storefronts, locally owned businesses, and community pride. It's the perfect backdrop for a day full of music, creativity, shopping, and neighborhood connection!

To support the efforts of the great folks at South KC Chamber, Art Garden KC will be managing this year's vendor applications and logistics.

Charges will be made upon application submission, including a one-time CC processing fee of 3.5%. All proceeds are directed to the South KC Chamber and operations costs for the event.

Cancellation Policy

• This event will go on rain or shine!
• Please notify the Art Garden KC team via email (hello@artgardenkc.org) or message via Eventeny.com at least 24 hours before the event if you need to cancel.

General Expectations 

• Arrive on time and stay set up until event ends. Emergency situations will be taken into consideration, please alert us if you need to leave early due to an emergency.
• Clean up after yourself.
• Be respectful to staff, event patrons and other vendors.
• All canopies must be secured to the ground with blocks, sandbags or other heavy objects to prevent property damage and injury to others.

Professionalism

• Vendors must keep the immediate premises of the designated area clean, sanitary and/or orderly. Use fabric tablecloths and hide extra supplies/items under table. 
• Event security shall have authority to immediately remove from the event any person:
  • Gambling
  • Displaying disorderly conduct
  • Possessing illegal firearms
  • Displaying aggressive or violent behavior
  • Using abusive or harassing language, gestures, or behavior
  • Physical assaulting or fighting
  • Performing sexual misconduct

Property Damage
South KC Chamber, Red Bridge Shopping Center and Art Garden Kansas City LLC and its employees, agents or officials are hereby released from any responsibility or liability for loss or damage of merchandise or property while it is being displayed/stored in this location. Vendors are responsible for their own personal liability and/or general liability insurance.
