Join us for “Oakland First Fridays: Holiday Magic & Soulful Sounds” this December as we celebrate the festive season with a soulful twist! Enjoy the magic of a winter wonderland, complete with snow, holiday lights, and cozy vibes. Groove to live R&B holiday music, explore local vendors, and indulge in seasonal treats. This event is all about bringing the community together to embrace the joy of the jseason through music, art, and celebration. We welcome artists, craftspeople, and makers to share and sell their work with the community! Joining Oakland First Fridays allows you to grow your network and contribute to Oakland's creative and hardworking economy! 


Registration Opens:
Every Monday following an event

Registration Closes:
The Friday before the event or when event has sold out

Payment Deadlines:
"First paid, first reserved" basis until registration closes or the event is sold out. Use the link below to register for Oakland First Fridays. Incomplete forms will not be accepted so please be sure to fill eveything out.

What is needed to participate?

Food Vendors:

•State of California Seller’s Permit

•City of Oakland Business License

•Alameda County Health Permit

•2025 Vendor Agreement

•COI: Certificate of Liability Insurance listing Koreatown Oakland CBD DBA Oakland First Fridays as additionally insured

 

Cancellation Policy

  • To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made by 3 PM on Monday before the event.
  • Cancellations made by 3 PM on Wednesday before the event will be eligible for a one-time credit toward the following month. This credit expires if not used.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made after 3 PM on Thursday.
  • Food vendors must provide notice by 3 PM on the Friday before the event to receive a credit.
  • All cancellation requests must be emailed to event@oaklandfirstfridays.org.

Important: We do not accept phone calls or emails on event day. Any messages received will be addressed the following week.


**Oakland First Fridays offers vendor space exclusively; tents are optional. Vendors are responsible for their own setup and any associated loss or damage. It's essential to secure all tents with weights and ensure that tables, racks, and displays are properly anchored. Keep all necessary vendor documents on hand during the event for potential review. Promptly notify First Fridays staff of any incidents.
