About the application

Arts and crafts vendor applications are now open. Sell your items to local patrons eager for holiday decorations and gifts. Vendors will be situated in Cherokee High School gymnasiums, with single and double booths available.

This is a juried event. Please allow two weeks for us to receive and review your application. Vendors will be notified once the review process is complete, at which time your payment will be processed.

2 different booth sizes available: 10'x10' for $75.00 and 10'x20' for $125.00. Vendors will be located in one of the high school gyms. Electrical outlets are available. Please indicate in application whether electricity is needed or not. Vendors will responsible for providing extension cords.

About the event

Join us as the C-Club and Cherokee High School host the inaugural Warrior Winter Fest on Saturday, November 8th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. This exciting event promises fun for everyone with a variety of vendors, delicious food trucks, and engaging games and activities for kids. It is certain to be a memorable day for everyone. Our goal is to raise funds for the C-Club (Cherokee High School Athletic Booster). Powered by volunteers, the C-Club is a 501c3 organization that supports all CHS student athletes, enhances the athletic experience, and fosters a strong sense of community.

Terms & Conditions

Parking information, setup times, and maps will be provided 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
Vendors are required to provide all tables, chairs, extension cords, etc needed for you booth
Vendors agree to be set-up prior to the start time of 10:00 am, Saturday, November 8. Vendor set-up times are Friday, November 7 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday, November 8 from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.
Vendors must remain open until the end of the event at 4:00 pm.
Electricity will be provided upon request. Vendors must provide their own extension cord.
Because this event is a fundraiser, booth fees are non-refundable once paid.
Vendors are responsible for Georgia sales tax.
