About the application
Artscape is now accepting applications for the Community Impact Zone section of the festival! As one of the nation’s largest free arts festivals, Artscape draws thousands of visitors each year, providing a dynamic platform for nonprofits to connect with the community.
The 42nd annual Artscape will take place on Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24, 2026, and we invite mission-driven organizations to be part of this vibrant celebration.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
Application Approval
All applications are subject to review and approval by the festival organizers. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Non-profit vendors must provide proof of 501(c)(3) or equivalent status.
Vendors will be notified of their application status on March 13, 2026.
- Evaluation criteria include creativity, interactivity, and the ability to actively engage festival attendees.
Vendor Fees
Non-profit vendors may be subject to a reduced or waived fee based on festival policies.
Any applicable fees must be paid in full before the deadline specified by the festival organizers.
Permits and Licenses
Vendors must obtain and display all required permits and business licenses.
If distributing food or beverages, vendors must comply with health department regulations and provide necessary certifications.
Booth Setup and Operation
Vendors must adhere to assigned booth spaces and setup times.
Booths must be staffed and operational during festival hours.
All equipment and materials must be safely secured.
Prohibited Activities
Selling of goods for profit is strictly prohibited.
Political or religious proselytizing is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by festival organizers.
Amplified sound, open flames, or hazardous materials are prohibited unless pre-approved.
Waste Management
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of waste properly.
Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in removal from the festival.
Liability and Insurance
Vendors are encouraged to carry liability insurance.
The festival organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to vendor participation.
Cancellation Policy
If a vendor must cancel, they must notify organizers in writing at least 30 days before the event.
Code of Conduct
Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or non-compliant with festival policies may result in immediate removal without refund.
By submitting an application, non-profit vendors agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the festival without reimbursement.
