Vendor Marketplace

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Cousinz Festival Vendor Marketplace. This application is for businesses and organizations interested in vending at Cousinz Festival, taking place Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Norfolk Scope Arena in Norfolk, VA.

This application is open to vendors based in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Northern North Carolina, including the Eastern Shore, Elizabeth City, and the Outer Banks.

Please note: food and beverage vendors are not being accepted at this time.

Important Notes:

• All booths are 10x10 only

• Each approved booth includes one table and two chairs.

• Setup and load-in instructions will be shared prior to the event if approved.

• Vendors must remain open during the scheduled time.

• All vendors are required to submit a valid Business License, Certificate of Insurance, and signed Vendor Agreement within 5 business days of approval.

This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather.

By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• All information submitted is accurate and complete to the best of the applicant’s knowledge.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.

• If accepted, vendors must submit:

  • A valid Certificate of Insurance listing Cousinz Festival as the certificate holder

  • A current Business License

  • A signed Cousinz Festival Vendor Agreement

• Vendor fees are non-refundable once approved.

• Vendors are responsible for managing their own booth setup, breakdown, and staffing.

• Booths must remain open and fully staffed for the duration of the festival.

• Check-in is required with the Vendor Coordinator before setup. Final booth assignments will be provided via email prior to the event.

• Load-in, setup, and breakdown times will be strictly enforced. Vendors who fail to meet timing requirements may lose their space.

• Breakdown must be completed within 90 minutes of event end time. Delays may result in fines or future participation restrictions.

• All tables must be covered or skirted with cloth material to maintain a clean and professional appearance.

• Vendors are responsible for sales tax collection and compliance with all city and state tax regulations.

• This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather or other uncontrollable conditions.

• No food, beverage, or cannabis sales or sampling is permitted. Any violation may result in removal from the event.

• Electricity, Wi-Fi, and parking are not included unless otherwise purchased or arranged in advance.

• No products bearing the name or likeness of Cousinz Festival may be sold without prior written permission from the festival organizers.

• Vendors must comply with all policies and regulations set forth by Cousinz Festival, the City of Norfolk, Norfolk Scope, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

• Security will be present during the event; however, Cousinz Festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors participate at their own risk.

• Cousinz Festival reserves the right to decline any vendor whose business or products do not align with the mission, values, or goals of the event.
