**Terms and Conditions for LC3 Participation**

By purchasing space at LC3, you agree to the following terms:

1. **Booth Operation**: Booths must remain intact and staffed throughout the convention hours. Dismantling before the convention's conclusion is prohibited. Doza Collectiblez LLC is not responsible for issues arising from unmanned booths. The loading dock is off-limits for breakdown until the exhibition room closes. Early breakdown will result in a ban from future shows. Attendees expect vendors to be present during show hours, and early dismantling undermines their experience and the integrity of the event. Violations of this policy will lead to exclusion from future events, as previous vendors have faced. If you are unable to stay until the end, please refrain from setting up.

2. **Compliance with Laws**: Exhibitors must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and cannot hold management liable for any breaches, losses, or damages to themselves or their property. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless POP’N TOYZ, LC3, Doza Collectiblez LLC, and all associated staff against any claims arising from participation in events under the LC3 name. Security of your property during show hours is your responsibility.

3. **Exhibitor Badges**: Badges are non-transferable and may not be sold or used as giveaways. All personnel must wear official exhibitor badges at all times during setup, event days, and teardown. Do not distribute badges beyond your full-time employees, and ensure all badges are removed from the venue upon leaving. Leaving badges behind can lead to misuse.

4. **Responsibility for Staff**: Exhibitors are accountable for their booth staff and any actions taken by individuals wearing their exhibitor badge. Violations of policies will result in removal from the event, with confiscation of badges. Misconduct can lead to the exhibitor's removal from the exhibit floor without a refund, and such exhibitors will not be permitted at future events.

5. **Insurance Responsibility**: All vendors, exhibitors, and artists acknowledge that LC3 and POP’N TOYZ do not provide or maintain insurance for exhibitors' persons or property. It is the responsibility of the exhibiting party to secure their own insurance coverage.

6. **No Endorsement**: LC3 and POP’N TOYZ do not endorse any artists, vendors, or exhibitors, nor their merchandise, views, or actions. All participants operate as independent entities and do not represent LC3 or POP’N TOYZ in any capacity.

7. **Transaction Responsibility**: All transactions conducted at LC3 between artists/vendors/exhibitors and attendees are solely the responsibility of those parties. LC3 is not involved in or liable for any transactions.

8. **Prohibited Items**: The sale of weapons, including swords, knives, and other sharp objects, is strictly forbidden. Any vendor attempting to sell such items will be required to remove them from their booth. Repeat violations will result in expulsion from the event without refund.

9. **Prohibited Sales**: Sales of vape products, tobacco, CBD, or any smoking-related items are not permitted as this is an all-ages comic book and anime convention. Violation of this rule will result in expulsion from the event without refund.

10. **Unauthorized Merchandise**: The sale of bootleg DVDs or CDs is prohibited. Representatives from various studios will be attending. Selling unauthorized merchandise that infringes copyright or licensing agreements will lead to removal from the event without refund.

By participating, you signify your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Absolutely no refunds permitted! No credits towards another event!
