About the registration
NOTE: 2025 Applications have hit capacity. Any applications submitted will automatically be put on the waitlist. If space becomes available, applicants will be notified by December 4th.
The Downtown Bryan Holiday Stroll & Lighted Parade is happening Thursday, December 11, 2025! The Holiday Stroll will start at 5:00 PM and the Parade will start at 7:00 PM.
This year's parade theme is: Rockin' Around Downtown! We're celebrating all things holiday music this year; Participants are encouraged to make their floats as musical as possible, from live music performances to traditional carolers.
Prizes will be awarded to the floats with the best-themed decorations decided by our judging panel in the following categories:
- School Organizations/Clubs (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
- Non-Profit Organizations (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
- For-Profit Businesses (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
- Walking Group (1st)
- Best Overall (1st)
The application MUST be received by 5 PM on Monday, December 1, 2025. Applications will be approved on first-come, first served basis. If capacity is reached before December 1st, a waitlist will be implemented. If approved, the fee is non-refundable unless Destination Bryan cancels the parade due to inclement weather.
If your application is accepted, you or a member of your group must attend the mandatory parade meeting on Monday, December 8th at 6:30 p.m. at the Legends Event Center (2533 Midtown Pk Blvd, Bryan, TX 77801)
If your organization is not represented at the mandatory meeting, your organization will not be allowed to participate in the Lighted Parade.

I understand that if my organization is not represented at the meeting, we will NOT be able to participate in the parade.
- I understand that our float must be present before or at the preferred load-in time to secure your pre-determined entry position. Being late may result in your float being placed out of order or not being able to participate in the parade.
- By checking "Yes", I agree to the following statement: I, (The "Participant") understand that participation in the Downtown Bryan Holiday Stroll & Lighted Parade (the "activity") as a Participant which is sponsored by Destination Bryan is completely voluntary on the Participant's part. The participant chooses to participate in this Activity for the participant's personal benefit. The participant recognizes that there may be dangers associated with the Activity and the participant voluntarily and willingly assumes full responsibility for all risks and danger associated with participation in such Activity. The participant understands and agrees that Destination Bryan is not responsible for any accident or injury that arises from or occurs because of participation in this Activity. In consideration for the benefits of the participant's participation, the participant releases, waives, and discharges and covenants not to sue, Destination Bryan, its directors, officers, employees, sponsors,

I agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by Destination Bryan and understand that failure to do so can result in immediate expulsion without a refund. I will have no illegal substances or weapons on my person, or my vehicle during the Parade. I, ________________________, the Undersigned, binding my heirs, executors, administrators, estate and assigns, do hereby agree to completely and wholly release, indemnify and hold harmless Destination Bryan, the City of Bryan, its officers, agents, independent contractors, and employees for any and all claims, damages, harm, personal injury, including death, property damage, lawsuits and judgments, including court costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees, and all other expenses resulting from the activities, programs, and events occurring on the above-state date of parade.
