Open Studio Tour Weekend 2025

As BOPA’s signature event for Free Fall Baltimore, Open Studio Tour Weekend brings together professional artists and the public to give art lovers, students, collectors, and creative influencers the opportunity to meet, connect with, and purchase art from some of Baltimore City’s most vibrant artists.

All eligible artists are invited to apply. This application is for individual artist studios and buildings with multiple artist studios. 

The deadline is 11:59 p.m. EST on Saturday, August 30, 2025.

Please note: There is a $25 application fee for all applicants. 

All participating OST Weekend artists will:

• Have their artist name & studio name listed individually on the website, even for buildings where there are multiple artist studios. 
• Get an individual entry on the OST Map, even for buildings where there are multiple artist studios. See the 2024 map as an example: https://bit.ly/2024OSTMap 
• Receive physical promotional items, including postcards, to distribute as they wish.

Eligibility Requirements

• Studios must be within Baltimore City limits
• Artists with home studios are eligible to apply
• Accepted disciplines include, but are not limited to, painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, photography, collage, film/video, fashion design, textile arts, crafts, performing arts (theatre, music, dance), composition, literary arts, and multimedia/digital art
• Studios must remain open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Artists may participate for only one or both days

Application Timeline

All applications must be submitted via Eventeny. There is no fee to apply.

• Applications open — Friday, August 1
• Applications close — Saturday, August 30, at 11:59 p.m. EST
• Artists notified — Friday, September 12
• Marketing materials pickup at BOPA, School 33, and Bromo (hours TBD)
