2026 Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival Children's Activities
About the application
Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival returns to Blackburn Park in Brookhaven, Georgia on March 28 & 29, 2026. You are invited to apply as a Children’s Activity vendor to be a part of this much anticipated show. Load in is on Friday or Saturday morning.• APPLICATION PROCESS: When you apply, you'll be prompted to create your own account with your basic information. This will allow you to update your personal information and also allow you to see the status of your application. Your preferred method of payment (credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer) will be necessary when you register but will not be charged until you are approved. Acceptable categories are face painting, sand art, painting projects and other activities for children. Products may not be sold. Only one ride vendor will be allowed with acceptable activities of inflatable rides, bungee jumps, trampoline jumps and limited mechanical rides. Ride vendor fees are commission based. You'll be required to submit photos with this application which may be used for promotional purposes. Applications without a setup photo will not be considered. Your Certificate of Insurance will be due sixty days prior to the event. You will be notified of acceptance within five days of the application deadline. •SPACE DETAILS: All spaces are outdoor and approximately 10’ deep and 12’ wide. All spaces are on grass. You must furnish your own tent, table and chairs. The location of the Kidz Zone has is now located adjacent to the playground and park pavilion.•FEES AND PAYMENT: Booth fees are dependent upon the size of your setup and are listed within this application. Fees are nonrefundable. Fees will be charged to your credit card on file within five days of acceptance.
