Anime Detour Artist Alley Application will be open for ~2 weeks (August 18 - 31st, 2025). Please note that an application approval does not guarantee a space. Payment will only be processed upon acceptance.
Acceptance status will be released Nov/Dec 2025. These booths are intended for artists of original and branded products that relate to the culture of anime, art and Japanese/Korean/Chinese related.
Anime Detour's Artist Alley acceptance process: Since there are so many wonderful and amazing artist applications, our jury staff will always select more artists than what we can actually fit. We will first choose applications that we see fit our criteria of anime, art, original, style, manga, manhwa, etc. Then to ensure fairness, artists will be chosen at random from our pre-approved artist list. You will automatically be placed on the waiting list if not accepted. All applicants will receive an email regarding the status by mid November 2025. By applying to Anime Detour Artist Alley, you are accepting the terms and conditions and the attached contract.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
1. All tables at 6’ x 30” and will not be covered with tablecloth. Each table comeswith 2 chairs. No more than 2 chairs can be behind the table.
2. Per hotel safety regulations, booths cannot be taller than 12 feet.
3. Electricity, and phone services are not included with the initial table cost and youwill be charged on site fees if found using these services without priorarrangements throughout the hotel.
4. Artists are free to arrange their table space as they see fit and may supply theirown racks and chairs at no additional cost. Artists must stay within the space thatis allotted to them; you may not let your table or display items bleed into anotherartist's space. Anime Detour reserves the right to approve the setup includingTVs, speakers, tables, etc. Whether an artist alley table is bleeding outside of theassigned space is up to the jurisdiction of the Artist Alley staff.
5. For the safety of attendees, do not solace any advertising or displays in the ArtistAlley aisles. Any size advertising or display must remain inside your table space.Violation of this rule can lead from including but not limited to ejection from theAlley and barred admittance in future years.
6. Music is prohibited from being played by Artists during business hours.
7. Table-sharing is prohibited at Artist Alley.
8. The Convention will not rent space in the Anime Detour Artist Alley to anyperson under the age of 18 years.
9. If accepted, you will be charged the table fee and any additional badge fee upon acceptance.
10. We ask that Artists do not make plans to attend Anime Detour until they have received their email confirmation. By applying you are accepting the terms and conditions.
