About the application

The Artist's Alley is an interactive space where artists can both showcase their work and sell their unique creations.  This dynamic workspace invites attendees to connect with artists in an inspiring and creative atmosphere.

 

EVENT DATES: 7/03/2025 - 7/06/2025. ARTIST ALLEY HOURS: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Friday), 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Saturday/Sunday), 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Monday). These hours are subject to change.

About the event

This year, we are proud to host Westercon 78! Guests of Honor: TBA Location: Santa Clara Marriott 2700 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054 Convention Dates: July 3-6, 2026 Hotel Room Pricing: - King Room: $169 per night - 2 Queens Room: $179 per night Parking Information: - On-Site Parking: $10 per day (no in/out privileges unless you're an overnight guest at the hotel) Registration: - Pre-Registration: Starting July 7: Full weekend badge is $60 (prices increment to the at-door price between then and July 3) - At-Door Registration: $150

Terms & Conditions

The Artist's Alley is a juried space

 

This primarily means two things:
  • If you have previously been a part of the Artist Alley, there is no guarantee that we will accept your application.
  • You will be notified whether your application has been accepted or not, and any fees due will be communicated at that time.
  • All interior table backdrops and displays must not exceed 8 feet in height and cannot extend beyond the edges of your table width.

  • Applications will be accepted from this form only. Note: Space is limited and will be assigned on a "first come, first served basis". Accepted artists will be notified within 30 days of receipt of application.   No fees will be due until you are notified of your selection. Eventeny will automatically charge your chosen payment method at time of approval. If your payment is declined and another payment method is necessary there will be an additional $25 convenience fee charged. *WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CHECKS OR CASH PAYMENTS ARTIST ALLEY HEAD: Shari Benson art@baycon.org

Prices

Artist Space $125.00 Non-refundable Artist tables are 6-feet long and thirty inches wide with space for two chairs and includes one (1) full weekend badge for the artist.
Helper Badge $60.00 Non-refundable Choose this only if you have additional helpers for your table.
