Vendor Terms & Conditions
By submitting an application and participating as a vendor in the Juneteenth Augusta Festival, the vendor (“Vendor”) agrees to comply with the following Terms & Conditions, as well as all festival rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Band of Brothers Augusta, Inc. and the Juneteenth Augusta Festival Committee (“Event Organizers”).
1. Application & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor approval, placement, and category assignment are determined at the sole discretion of the Event Organizers.
Certain vendor categories or placements may be limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Fees & Payments
All vendor fees must be paid in full by the stated deadline to secure a space.
Vendor fees are non-refundable for any reason, including cancellation by the vendor.
Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the vendor space.
3. Vendor Cancellation
Vendors who cancel their participation for any reason forfeit all fees paid and all rights to the assigned space.
Vendor spaces may not be transferred, sold, or reassigned without prior written approval.
4. Setup, Arrival & Breakdown
Vendors must adhere to all arrival, setup, and breakdown schedules provided by the Event Organizers.
Vendors must set up only within their assigned space and may not relocate or modify their setup without approval.
Early breakdown or departure requires prior approval from event staff.
Failure to comply with setup or breakdown procedures may result in removal from the event without refund.
5. Booth Requirements & Equipment
Vendors are responsible for providing all booth materials, including tents, tables, chairs, generators, and required weights.
All equipment and displays must fit within the assigned booth footprint.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event.
6. Compliance & Permits
Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local permits, licenses, health department requirements, and tax obligations.
Food vendors must pass all required inspections prior to serving food.
Vendors failing to comply with regulations may be removed from the event without refund.
7. Prohibited Items & Sales
Vendors may not sell, display, or distribute merchandise using the Juneteenth Augusta Festival name, logo, branding, or likeness without written authorization.
Sale or possession of alcohol is prohibited except by the event’s approved alcohol provider.
Sale of illegal, offensive, or inappropriate items is strictly prohibited.
8. Conduct & Safety
Vendors and their staff must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and family-friendly manner.
Vendors must follow all safety rules, fire regulations, and instructions from festival staff, security, and emergency personnel.
Any unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant behavior may result in immediate removal from the event.
9. Damage & Liability
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their staff, or their equipment to festival grounds, facilities, or property.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Band of Brothers Augusta, Inc., the Juneteenth Augusta Festival Committee, the venue, and affiliated partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation.
10. Parking & Vehicle Restrictions
Vendors must follow all parking and vehicle access rules, including required vehicle removal times.
Vehicles are not permitted to remain in vendor areas during festival hours unless explicitly authorized.
11. Weather, Cancellation & Force Majeure
The festival is a rain-or-shine event unless otherwise stated.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, delay, or interruption due to circumstances beyond the control of the Event Organizers, no refunds will be issued.
Fees may be retained to cover incurred expenses, and any remaining balance may be credited toward a future event at the discretion of the Event Organizers.
12. Right to Enforce & Amend
The Event Organizers reserve the right to interpret, enforce, and amend these Terms & Conditions as necessary to ensure safety and successful event operations.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in denial of participation, removal from the event, and forfeiture of all fees.
Vendor Acknowledgment
By submitting an application through Eventeny, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Vendor Terms & Conditions and all festival policies.
