Galveston Bridal Expo - Vendor

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Married On Island Bridal Expo. 

This application is the first step toward participating in our curated event designed to showcase the best of Galveston's wedding and creative community. We're looking for professional, engaged vendors who are passionate about their craft and committed to providing an exceptional experience for local and destination couples. 

Please read all details carefully and complete the application in full. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed based on category availability, alignment with our mission, and overall presentation. 

Important Notes:

• All business must serve Galveston Island
• No booth sharing is allowed. Each vendor must apply individually. 
• You may only promote the business approved in your application - no cross-promotion of unrelated brands. 
• Accepted vendors will be notified via email and invoiced upon acceptance. Booth space is not reserved until payment is received.

By registering for the Galveston Bridal Expo presented by Married On Island, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 

• I understand that my booth represents one business only, and I may not share my space or promote any other brand, business, or affiliate. 
• I agree to pay the non-refundable booth fee by the stated deadline. My spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.
• I will arrive during the designated set-up window and will not begin teardown before the event ends. 
• I understand that this is a Galveston Island-focused event, and I will not tag or promote Married On Island in content related to other platforms. 
• I agree to conduct myself professionally, remain within my assigned space, and respect the event guidelines. 
• I understand that no-shows or violations of this agreement may result in removal from the event and disqualification from future opportunities. 
• I grant Married On Island permission to photograph or record my booth for promotional use.
