Terms & Conditions
Festival Terms and Conditions:
VENDOR LOCATION: We try to accommodate requests but reserve the right to place a booth in any location for our festival.
RIGHT TO LIMIT: In an effort to ensure that our vendors have a good experience, we limit the number of vendors selling similar items. First come, first serve.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given once the application has been approved. There will be no refunds given due to inclement weather, nor will the event be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Participant understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the Loganville Autumn Fest is held in an open-air venue which is subject to inclement weather and other acts of God, as well as civil unrest or other unforeseen events. Because of the potential of cancellation as the result of the above, Participant agrees that the City of Loganville and its employees shall not be liable or responsible to Participant in any respect as the result of Participant's investment/payment to the Loganville Autumn Fest of money in the event the festival is cancelled due to some unforeseen reason, which is out of control of the festival. Participant further agrees and acknowledges that in the event the festival or any part is cancelled for any reason, that Participant shall not be entitled to the refund of any monies paid to the City of Loganville for the event.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The City of Loganville shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost opportunity, or any such loss or damages resulting from a direct or indirect reliance upon this agreement, participation in the Loganville Autumn Fest, or payment of any fees or deposit. The parties agree that Georgia law shall govern this agreement and any dispute arising from the relationship between the parties to this agreement; and further, any action at law or other judicial or administrative proceeding arising from this agreement may be maintained only in the superior court of Walton County, Georgia, which shall have proper jurisdiction over any and all such matters and disputes.
*Please note: If the event is canceled, vendors may still pick up their event t-shirts at our City Hall.
