About the application
Welcome to Fall Festival 2025! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. Please use the Eventeny messaging portal for any questions leading up to event day. Accepted vendors will receive communications about event day procedures about two weeks prior to the event.
Fall Festival 2025 is a rain or shine event. We do not provide tents, tables, chairs or electric. Vendors/Artists bringing or using electric/heating elements must abide by West Reading Fire Safety Code.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the space(s), you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
The WRCRF will use the information provided to determine applicant eligibility and reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or decline Vendor/Artist participation. Eventeny (this event platform) charges a 3% fee for its use. The fee is passed along to Vendors.
All vendors are held to the agreements set forth in the application including the vendor being the actual representative on site at the event and that what is stated as the vendor purpose or activity in fact will be the actual purpose or activity promoted on event day. Vendor will not leave excess trash or any waste (cooking oil/fuel) on the event site.
All vendors will understand the purpose of the event is a family friendly day for all and will not engage in any rhetoric unbecoming of such an event, including gatherings of large groups, amplified sound (unless pre-approved) or any movement or placement that would block, deter or distract from neighboring vendors.
Vendors who do not comply with the agreed requirements, terms or statements made in their application may be removed, charged additional fees/fines as required and/or may not be allowed to participate in future events. In addition, any vendor causing a disruption may be asked to leave and lose the ability to attend future events, also event fee will not be refunded.
