St James Craft Fair
About the application
JEWELRY, COOKIE, CHOCOLATE, DENIM, FLANNEL CATEGORY FILLED. This 2 day fair takes place in the gym of the Smithtown East High School with spacious 10'X10' and 10'x8' spaces in the gym and 12'x5' spaces in the lobby hallway. This show is in the heart of the season and has limited spaces vendor spaces fill quickly. Returning vendor spaces will be honored first.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Canopy frames without tops are allowed tables must have floor length fabric covers. Displays and tables must have cardboard padding to protect the gym floor. Limited tables with black covers are offered for rent. No refunds or credits, space sales/ trade must be approved. Setup will begin at least 2 hours before opening. Student volunteers will be available at setup and breakdown, bring your own cart.
No knockoff, political, drug paraphernalia, weapons merchandise allowed. No hawking. No exclusives but categories are limited. This is a large show so there will be some similar items being sold by different vendors.
Approval is at the discretion of Island Fairs.
