About the application

This 2 day fair takes place in the gym of the Smithtown East High School with spacious 10'X10' and 10'x8' spaces in the gym and 12'x5' spaces in the lobby hallway. This show is in the heart of the season and has limited spaces vendor spaces fill quickly. Returning vendor spaces will be honored first.

About the event

The St. James craft fair will be held inside the gym of the Smithtown East High School. Located at 10 School Street, St James, NY 11780. The hours are 10 am until 4 pm on December 6 & 7 2025. This fair will benefit the Smithtown college scholarship committee.

Terms & Conditions

Canopy frames without tops are allowed tables must have floor length fabric covers. Displays and tables must have cardboard padding to protect the gym floor. Limited tables with black covers are offered for rent. No refunds or credits, space sales/ trade must be approved. Setup will begin at least 2 hours before opening. Student volunteers will be available at setup and breakdown, bring your own cart.

No knockoff, political, drug paraphernalia, weapons merchandise allowed. No hawking. No exclusives but categories are limited. This is a large show so there will be some similar items being sold by different vendors.

Approval is at the discretion of Island Fairs.

Crafts 10'x10' Space in the Gym	$275.00	Non-refundable	Returning vendors have priority placement. Merchandise must be handmade by the seller.
New Merchandise/ Artisanal Food 10'x10' Space Gym Not Handmade	$325.00	Non-refundable	Returning vendors have priority placement. This is for merchandise that is not handmade by the seller. Also artisanal food vendors who prefer a larger space in the gym.
Crafts 10'x8' Space Gym	$250.00	Non-refundable	Returning vendors have priority placement. Must be handmade by the seller.
New Merchandise/ Artisanal Food 10'x8' Space Gym	$300.00	Non-refundable	Returning vendors have priority placement.
Artisanal Foods/ New Merchandise 12'x5' Space in the lobby hall or cafe	$275.00	Non-refundable	Returning vendors have priority placement.
Business Sponsor 8'x5' Space Any non merchandise sales used for business leads.	$600.00	Non-refundable	Any business not selling merchandise that can be taken with them. For instance sales leads, contractors, sales, local promotion. Filled categories are life insurance, gutters, windows.
Corner upgrade if available.	$20.00	Non-refundable	If not available fee will be refunded. Returning vendors have priority.
Electric Outlet Booth will be located on a peremeter wall.	$25.00	Non-refundable	Bring a 50' extension cord. Not available for 10'x8' booth in the gym.
6' Table with black cover	$10.00	Non-refundable	6' table with black cloth cover rental for the weekend.
